I paid 3 months ago and still haven’t received my Airfryer, never has my email query been responded to.

Paid on 2nd November 2021 still waiting on January 8 2022

I had to cancel my order unfortunately, but my refund reflected in my account within a day, thank you Tidee.

Last message you received from me :"2 months passed and still no airfrier please assist me".

I ordered and paid for my Air fryer in 6 November. I have not received it yet even though I was promised that it would be delivered in December.

So when do I get my order, or do I cancel my order and request a refund?

I am still waiting for my airfryer, even ask for my money back, no response from your people!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!
Ordered my airfryer in November 2021 and still no airfryer! Could it be that we all got scammed by Tidee?

Numerous emails to them and absolutely no reply back from them!

Please repay my hard-earned money or deliver the product!

I gave placed my order on 2 Nov 2021 for an airfryer. I have made several enquiries with regards to delivery with absolutely no response and have still not received my order. Today is 7 January 2022.

I havent received my almost 2 months later, no feedback, worst ever

I am still waiting. I do understand that you have had problems meeting the demand, but surely by now you should have it sorted out? I do appreciate the updates and apologies; it has helped to know about the difficulties you are experiencing. For that I give you 3 stars.

Despite promises by Matt , I have still not received the product nor has anyone been in touch to explain the delay.
