Absolutely unprofessional, took deposit, arrived 3 hours late, demanded full payment before cleaning can begin, avoid at all costs.

Terrible bond clean. To much of our apartment missed and then said it’s extra for little things like shower grout clean… floor wasn’t moped, cupboards and draws not cleaned at all. Apparently coming back for a clean but I haven’t been contacted at all

My house had to be cleaned urgently, and when I found these cleaners, not only did they clean my house, but they also assisted me in obtaining my full bond back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Can't believe how poor the quality of the clean was from these guys. $380 for a 1 bed apartment and they were out in under 2 hours, after arriving 1 hour late. Had to get them back to fix issues & again agreed a time and turned up 6 hours later than agreed and half arsed the fixes too.

I honestly could have done a better job myself with none of the inconvenience and $15 on cleaning products.

I would never use them again and would recommend anyone looking for a cleaning firm in Melbourne to look absolutely anywhere else.

If I could rate 0 stars a I would. The bond cleaning was "done" yesterday and came to look at the property today to find nothing but the oven had been cleaned. There are images in my walls and I called to explain I wasn't happy and that im not paying for a service that was done and got spoken over and then got told if I dont have money dont ask for a service. The way I was spoken to and belittled had me in tears. I have the money and are more than willing to pay for a service that actually completed. I had already done majority of the cleaning there was just the oven and front room to do plus the little things like the skirting boards and windows but as I work 2 jobs I didnt have the time to complete and I was stressed so I decided to look around and decided on tide mates as they seemed nice and fair on their price for the list of things they were going to do. I've never had such poor service and had someone swear at me over the phone before. Totally unprofessional please do not hire them.

The quote given before they arrived was very different to the price given once they arrive. They quoted me on an end of lease service - more than $300 increase in price. They did not even complete tasks that were on the original quote. I had to get another company to vacuum, clean several of the drawers as well as the oven.

Absulute nightmare, do not hire these people unless yiu want to experience nightmare.!

Hired for a full clean to prepare the property for leasing, based on the detailed list of services advertised on their website. Unfortunately, after taking full payment upfront, they skipped much of the work, in and out in a smidge over an hour. For $397, all we got was a basic vacuum, a quick mop, and the bare minimum. Disappointing, especially since the person who showed up was friendly, but it felt like a setup to take advantage

Quoted 390. Got to job had to pay 595. When we arrived to check on them they were sitting on their phones. Dirty water. Absolutely nothing done. They made holes in walls. Didn’t do oven or walls. No dusting. Nothing done at all. Will not respond to calls or emails. End of lease cleaning. No. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour

Tide Mates (or White and Shine as they also call themselves) are quite possibly the worst carpet steam cleaners in all of Melbourne. Having charged $662 they failed to properly steam clean the carpets in any room and the person that did the job was utterly incompetent. No pride in his work whatsoever. I ended up having to get another steam cleaning company to do the job properly. Don’t waste your time or your money with these cowboys …

They have now responded saying that they have no record of the booking, which further points to their inefficiency. Why else would they send a second person to fix the first person did badly if they had not been paid $662 for the job in the first place?
