I have ordered some beautiful and…

I have ordered some beautiful and unique items of furniture from this excellent company. My recent purchase of a rather unusual mirror was the first time an item had been damaged in transit. Usually everything arrives super well packed. Munro at Customer service dealt swiftly with the problem and I am looking forward to my next purchase. You won't be disappointed.

Top quality, speedy delivery

Bought the Jonàk bathroom shelf. Super quick delivery, and good quality materials. Would recommend and use again (have also now bought a dining table from Tikamoon!)

Customer service awful - damage my home

They use completely useless delivery teams who despite paying £50 they negligently damaged my flooring and then Tikamoon fob you off. Avoid

The fabled stock response from Tikamoon has not moved things forward. They’re absolutely in the ignore and fob off business. They have zero intention in dealing with the complaint and are just acting as a messenger for their own delivery agents denial of responsibility. As mentioned above do not buy from them

Genuine real wood desk

I ordered the Hedda Mango desk and it is wonderful, really sturdy and lovely real wood which makes a change from many other suppliers who use mdf. It took around 3 weeks for delivery, and the company who delivered were also excellent. I did have a small panic that the desk was not freestanding as the instructions did throw me off, however, the lovely team in customer services put my mind at ease and I can confirm it is a sturdy free standing desk. I would absolutely purchase again and I love their ethos and creations. Thank you Tikamoon

Overall happy with the console table

Overall happy with the console table, the material and finish. 2 stars taken off as there’s a large gap between the bottom of drawer and the console itself, this is problem as at certain angles you can see through this gap all the way to the wall behind it, which is very weird looking. This is sadly due to lack of attention to detail and bad quality check. The drawers just need to sit slightly lower so that the gap is not too big. The drawer also had a tiny chip on the front that I covered with a black marker pen. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a replacement. I had also paid extra for packaging removal and had nothing to send it back with. I’m going to try and put something black behind the bottom of the drawer so that you can’t see the wall through the gap.

Couldn't recommend enough!

I ordered the 'Calypso' marble sink - Delivery was quite quick but i wasnt in a rush for the item anyway, when it first arrived the box was damaged and when opened the sink had a crack and chunks missing. I contact customer services and they sent out a new one straight away which took no time at all. Can not fault this customer service! The sink is gorgeous.

I also ordered the 'Lila' bathroom cabinet - Delivery was quicker than the sink and arrived in perfect condition. The item is also really great quality.

Would definitely order again the future.

Placed an order but miss typed my…

I had placed an order but miss typed my email address when doing so.

Without being able to login and track my order, I called Tikamoon customer service & spoke to a lovely lady called Lucie.

She was able to immediately find my order, send me the order number to track & correct my contact details.

It was a very easy & lovely conversation & found Lucie to be extremely helpful

Would definitely recommend:)

The item ordered was delivered both…

The item ordered was delivered both damaged and with a poor quality finish. I have requested that Tikamoon provide me with a full refund accordingly. I am awaiting confirmation of Tikamoon's arrangements to meet my request; I shall update this report once I am aware of the outcome of this very disappointing situation.

Poor quality & not as advertised

**UPDATE: They've responded to say they increased the refund offer, this was still only 10%. Really dissatisfied and will not be shopping here again.**
Not good at all, the £1700 sink unit we ordered is cheap and a much darker colour than the “oak” it claims to be. It feels almost like plastic. The drawers are just for aesthetic purposes so it isn’t even very functional. I tried to complain and the best they could offer me was a 10% refund. Really bad, I would avoid at all costs.

We do try to represent all of our products as accurately as possible; however, please note that colours can appear darker or lighter depending on studio lighting, screen settings, and the surrounding environment. Oak finishes in particular can vary in tone and grain.

We’re sorry that the unit did not meet your expectations in terms of colour, feel, and design. As outlined at the time of purchase, we offer a 60-day free returns policy, allowing customers to return items if they are not satisfied with the colour, quality, or overall design.

As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a partial refund for your disappointment, despite no fault being identified with the product itself.

We regret that this resolution was not what you had hoped for and are sorry to lose you as a customer. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our team as we continue to improve both our products and our service.

Excellent company to deal with

We have bought three items from Tikamoon: a lovely walnut TV stand and two shelving units for the living room. The customer service and delivery has been excellent and the quality of the furniture is truly outstanding. Much better, in my opinion, to anything else we have seen at a similar price point. It arrives fully assembled and securely packaged. From our experience, we would thoroughly recommend them.

Damaged item... Poor comprimise.

Website great.
For the majority product is of great quality but unfortunately we found two chips on our vanity unit. One on the leg and one on the base.

I contacted customer services who offered me a refund of £50 on an item that cost us £580, which in my opinion is awful.

I emailed back my dissatisfaction and that all I wanted was replacement legs. They explained that legs can't be sent out individually as the products are hand made which is fair enough.

They offered me a replacement free of charge but advised that it's no longer in stock so looking at 10 weeks which I thought was suspect. This was also not an option as our bathroom fitter was only there an additional week.

Tikamoon then offered a £160 refund. This was again not ideal as this was the item we spent the most on in our bathroom renovation and we are left with a product that we are not completely happy with. Also why was £50 offered as an original refund? Why did I have to escalate further to receive a £160 refund.

Overall the quality of the product would have been amazing if only for the chips.

Extremely dissapointed as we were very excited about this item on ordering.

Will not use this company in future as too much of a risk.

Poor finish

The doors of the sideboard did not fit. Consequently they fell out. Not a lot of help from customer services. I had to call in someone to fix them !
