After finding out the tiles we had ordered and expecting delivery were out of stock, the staff in Reading went above and beyond to find an alternative and get delivered in time for our bathroom replacement.

We were able to order samples of tiles to try in our house. These were free and were delivered quickly.
The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on grouting and trims.

Excellent Customer Service
Easy order and delivery. Great choice. A few tiles were damaged and they were replaced within 24 hours- all very easily done via email with Aaron from customer services. Aaron also arranged a speedy refund when we had tiles left over. Superb communication and really great customer service. Thank you Aaron- you deserve a promotion!

Great selection of tiles and great service…
Recently purchased tiles from the Reading branch for our downstairs loo. Great selection of tiles and the staff were helpful throughout the process, giving guidance and advice where needed, and when we had a few returns due to over ordering.
Really pleased with the outcome - love the tile colour.
Always our go to for tiles, would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from Tileflair, Hedge End branch. We were very well looked after by Mateusz.
We had a complete refit and design of our bathroom and when it came to wall tiles and flooring Mat was on hand (on definitely more than one occasion!) to help with any queries we had. He went above and beyond with our order and helped with my decision making with keeping in mind our budget and the design we wanted. We are more than happy with the finished product and the design of our bathroom. Thanks again Mat for your customer service! We will be using Tileflair again for our en-suite!

Marcus at branch TF5 was excellent! Helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Helped us choose the tiles and accessories and explained all we needed to know about the tiles from fixing to cleaning/maintenance. We will be back for tiles for further rooms.

Saved The Day
We had the tile fitter here ready to start the bathroom and on opening the boxes, he noticed the floor tiles were a different colour than we actually ordered and didn't match the wall tiles.
We phoned our local Tileflair in Exeter and spoke to Riaan, who was very helpful and said he would look into it and call us back, as we had the tiler here waiting to do the job.
To cut it short, Riaan managed to source our tiles and within a short space of time say 20 -30 minutes, he was outside our property in his own car with the replacement tiles. He saved the day and was very polite and professional, else otherwise there would have been one unhappy tiler and one unhappy customer to deal with.
Thank you to Riaan and the team in the Exeter branch, your help was glady appreciated.. perhaps a van would be better suited to make heavy deliveries
