Amazingly good quality products! Loved how fast and efficient the services were. Thank you!!

We had such a good experience with Tiles and Smiles, the owners were so helpful and friendly and the quality of the products is excellent. We’re very pleased we bought our patio here, can’t recommend them enough!

I am extremely pleased with the outdoor tiles I purchased from this supplier. The quality of the tiles exceeded my expectations, and they look fantastic in our outdoor space. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was on time, and the tiles arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was also excellent—helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises.

I would highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking for high-quality outdoor tiles and reliable service. I will certainly use them again for future projects.

Ordered sample, never turned up, tried calling no answer. Pointless all round

Good communication and prompt delivery.
Couriers are a nightmare as the delivery time keeps changing and they dont accommodate that as a business, we aren't on site at 18.30 and cant expect our customers to receive pallets of slabs

The highest quality porcelain slabs & edging. Delivered with care, not a single mark, chip or blemish present on 40 pieces. I laid on a concrete base using Mapei Mapeker Exterior Rapid Set adhesive and it looks mint.

Quick service , good communication

Great site and produce brilliant products.

I ordered some tile samples and they arrived the very next day, which was a great start. When I went to place the full order, the tiles weren’t immediately in stock, but Ness kept me updated every step of the way.
She let me know the expected arrival date, notified me as soon as the shipment landed in the country, and even followed up once it had passed through customs. Thanks to her communication, we were able to schedule our fitter with confidence, and the tiles arrived exactly on the day she promised.
Fantastic customer service and a really reliable company. Highly recommended!

Absolutely charming and helpful people.
Choice of tiles, interior and exterior extensive.
Great to deal with. Would use again without hesitation.

Tiles and Smiles Ltd have been exceptional from the very start of the ordering process through to delivery and aftercare. Their website is excellent and makes it easy to browse the range of tiles, compare options, and learn more about the products before making a decision. The information provided is clear and helpful, which made the whole selection process straightforward and enjoyable.

What really stood out, however, was the level of advice, help, and support we received throughout. The team were always responsive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had, ensuring we felt confident in the choices we were making. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their communication from order confirmation through to delivery was reassuring and professional.

When the tiles arrived, we were absolutely delighted. The quality is superb and they look fantastic in place — exactly what we were hoping for. It’s clear that Tiles and Smiles Ltd take great pride not only in the products they supply but also in the service they provide to their customers.

Overall, the entire experience has been excellent. From a well-designed website and helpful guidance, to smooth ordering, delivery, and after-sales support, everything has been handled brilliantly. I would thoroughly recommend Tiles and Smiles Ltd to anyone looking for high-quality tiles and genuinely excellent customer service.
