Tiles and Smiles Limited Avis

I bought Tasos Gris, beautiful good quality grey porcelain tiles for my 2 patios which look lovely. The people at Tiles and Smiles were very friendly and helpful and the tiles were delivered exactly on time. I would recommend this Company

Ordered a sample which arrived promptly. Happy with the sample and ordered 55 square meters of porcelain. 4 days later the tiles arrived, there was 6 tiles that had been damaged during delivery I rang tiles and smiles and they replaced the broken tiles within a few days. Unbelievable customer service. Very happy with everything.

Excellent tiles, both in appearance and quality.
Delivered with care and on time as per communication with the transport company. Highly recommended.

Called and spoke to advisor prior to ordering, very helpful. The process of ordering was straight forward and the product is as I expected. Quick delivery and undamaged.

Great experience with tiles and smiles. Had one damaged tile turn up and it was replaced immediately sent on a next day service! Very important when landscapers working on a day rate.

Very happy with the service I received from Tiles and Smiles. Excellent quality product arrived quickly-not one broken tile in the delivery. Reasonable price also

Tried telling me I'm running My company wrong because there products came damaged

Tiles and smiles was very good we called to ask how long the order would take and was assured they would be with us by Monday the 6th even though we had left it until the very last minute to order excellent service and we already have a couple of slabs laid and they look very good already.

Exactly what we was looking for.

Perfect

Also really prompt delivery

Excellent products and excellent service . No problems with my order or delivery. Tiles look absolutely fab . Fast delivery. Would recommend this company .

These tiles are absolutely stunning! Delivery was a little disastrous but the issues were down to the courier not Tiles for Smiles and it was sorted brilliantly.
After sales advice has also been great.
Will use again.

Exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble - received the samples in time for my meeting with a client and they then placed an order!

Will definitely use the company again.

Viewed online, went to the store to confirm the colour / style. Left it for four weeks whilst we got organised with the guy to do the job for us. Ordered and paid for online, with "automatic" 2 - 5 day delivery timescale.
Upon receipt of order confirmation by e-mail, contacted Tiles & Smiles to request a specific date (about 9 days in advance) which was agreed immediately.
E-mail at 7.00 am on day of delivery to say on the way, then a further e-mail about 1/2 hour later to give a two hour time-slot. Driver phoned about two hours before this time, however, and turned up half an hour later.
Very helpful delivery driver, placed the package of tiles adjacent to where they were to be laid.
40 tiles on the pallet, well packaged, no damage on any of them and no breakages.
All went smoothly from viewing to delivery so no hesitation in recommending Tiles and Smiles.

Very prompt delivery. Good quality of product
