Excellent tracking of order and progress and also very helpful when called directly. The packing was far better than many suppliers that send out delicate items! Would definitely use again.

Lovely timber and no waste!
The timber arrived just as ordered, is very good quality and was probably the best wrapped package I have ever received so no damaged edges. I had to delay delivery due to being away but this was handled faultlessly. Great service all round.

Sorry for the delay in replying but your goods arrived the morning we were leaving for a trip.
The site is easy to use, the quality is excellent.
However, it is very expensive and takes a long time to deliver.

Takes a little longer as milled to order butbthats to be expected. Arrived when they said it would. Great quality product. No problems. Wood was very straight not bowing or anything. Would definitely use again.
