Good timely service with wood dimensions and finish as ordered, except for 0.5mm variation on width of planks, which whilst within reasonable tolerances, prevents me giving a 5 star rating

Very good all round

Walnut was bent
Walnut was bent. Emailed on Monday 9th February chasing credit - no response.
UPDATE - contact has been made and credit offered with 20% re-stocking fee.
Walnut was being used for door frames so we couldn't work with the 'bend'.

Excellent Quality
I'm extremely pleased with this service, with the quality of the oak, and the finish. For my project it requires very little further finishing. Very generously my order included a mis-cut, so I have a little extra to play with. Couldn't be more pleased, thank you.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website. So far, only ordered 2 lots of American White Oak which arrived very well packaged and to specification.
Given 4 stars only because delivery times are a bit long.

Easy to order and great service
Ordering was straightforward and the timber was delivered promptly with no issues. There was a small discrepancy in one of the cut lengths, and on reporting this we were given a partial refund without any fuss. Great range of timber available and very reliable.
