Shipment was a little slow, but I really like the lil shoes so cute.

It is a lovely company with great customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It has been 4 weeks and I still cannot get a refund from them. I never received my order despite their "tracking number" saying it was delivered. I have video proof and proof from USPS showing that I didn't receive my order and they still won't give me my money back! Such a scam and I am so disappointed!!!

This is a fraudulent scheme. Do not purchase. My credit card was used without my authorization. I emailed them once I received an email about the order I never placed and tried to cancel it. They keep ignoring my messages and sending form responses instead. They refused to cancel the order and were sending all these weird, erratic emails with long "backstories" about the company. It's all very clearly fake. I got more concerned when I googled the company and saw all these reviews about how they scam people and that it is likely a shell company dropshipping from China. I will be reporting them to my credit card company. Do not click on any ad you might see for them.

Update: They contacted me within an hour of me posting this review asking me not to spread "false information that it's a scam and a fraudulent scheme" on TrustPilot. They said they would cancel my order, and I said that I would update the review, but not lie about what happened prior. They have since canceled the order, and I'm still waiting on it to reflect on my credit card. I think it's very telling that they were giving me the runaround until I posted this review.

Great customer service!! Responded immediately and helped with a size change so quickly! Great product. Took a little while to receive but absolutely worth the wait! And the price is so reasonable for such a great product!

Fast delivery and a very cute and functional product. The shoes are perfect for my one year old who is transitioning from crawling to walking. I love how they are easy to wash and the ones patterned like little animals.

The return policy of incorrect sized shoe is terrible. I ordered shoes for my little one 3 months ago. I received confirmation for a wrong sized shoes, I informed them the next day, but they asked me to wait till I receive it and return them for refund or correct shoe size. I spent additional $27 for shipping and returned their product to their very dodgy return address in china. They don’t mention this address on their website, they only will mention this in their emails when you ask for return details.
I used Auspost with a tracking number, but the tracking stops as soon as the parcel lands in their local area. After that 2 months of follow up resulted in “we are looking into this” messages.

Finally they claim no responsibility of the whole fiasco and asking me to follow up with my local courtier.

Has any one successfully returned them anything?

The return process appears to be a scam and now I lost twice as much in this whole process.

My wee grandson could not keep shoes on and he just slipped all the time learning to walk. When I seen these shoes I thought they were a great idea. Well. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally got them. Cute and soft and perfect for little ones learning to walk

My experience was great. The site was easy to navigate and the prices were great. I got 6 pairs when they was the "free sale". I did have to pay about 60 dollars in shipping which I thought was a bit much. However, I was very happy with my order. Everything arrived inside a month. So far only tried one pair as my daughter is only 9 months but they are good quality and very easy to put on.
Lastly, I was shocked to get a personal email from someone who works with the company to find out how i felt about the shoes. She was very personable. Thanks so much!

I bought these shoes for my grandson for two reasons: they looked like the fabulous shoes I used for my own babies back in the day and the company was having a HUGE sale!
We were not disappointed when the shoes arrived. They are easy to put on, comfy for baby, yet protective of tiny feet and best of all, don't fall off. Ernie was an super early crawler and walker so we were so happy to find something good for his feet, soft yet protective, flexible, and cozy. We also love the colors!

Perfect fit for my son! He loves it… is easy to put into his feet. Great choice and 100% recommended!

It is the only shoes my daughter absolutely loves! If she’s not barefoot she has these shoes!
They do not fit my sons feet in size 11.
So I wish they did bigger sizes because having to tell my daughter that she’s not able to wear them when she’s older. But I will absolutely love to place another order for her.

Love the shoes! I wanted something that would let his feet move the way they’re supposed to and I think these are perfect. My son is getting ready to walk and will probably take his first steps any day now and so I’m excited to put these to good use soon. So far all I have done is try them on his feet and he didn’t seem to hate them as much as some other things on his feet (LOL).

Also love that the founder reached out to me after my order to make sure everything was perfect!

The shoes went on so easy, that was a plus on a wiggly fellow.

I intentionally bought them a little long, but he isn't walking yet ( also intentionally on his part, smh..), so I'm glad that they will last a good while. Very durable and well made.

He does place his feet flat as we walk him in hand, so it was evident they are non-slip.

We look forward to these great indoor shoes being well used over these next several months.
