If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered November 29th, it’s now February 3rd and still no shoes. When I reached out they said they would look into it. My tracking provided by them shows it’s still “with the local carrier”. After waiting 2 weeks for them to “check it out” they stated it was delivered but they would send a replacement. I asked for proof it was delivered and they ignored me and are now saying it may have been lost in transit. When I pushed even further they finally admitted it wasn’t delivered. They will not issue a refund and keep stating a new shipment is on the way. By the time I get the shoes, IF EVER, they won’t even fit my child anymore. Terrible company, terrible fake customer service. I’m a single mom and had spent the little money I had on what I thought was a good deal on shoes for my baby.

Easy to order and really liking the product. Our toddler loves walking around in these shoes! They're easy to put on and take off, and easy to keep clean. I love that it allows full toe spread and are soft enough to be versatile

Just the thought and care put into a personal email to see how the sock shoes were working out for my 2 year old grand daughter! Now the shoes, they are so cute and stylish, however initially, she didn't seem to be fond of them, I will give her time here at home to wear them and become use to them before wearing them out again. These are our favorite shoes so far we have found for our 10 month old. Our nanny is the toughest critic and she loves them too! Our little one keeps them on, can crawl, cruise, and is learning to walk in them. Only thing was they took a pretty long time to arrive, but now that they have, they are the best.

Great customer service and excellent flexible and walkable shoes for my little girl! I purchased another set immediately after my first free pair.

I bought the slippers for my grandson who is nearly two and they fit him perfectly. I was really pleased with how soft and flexible the soles are, and non-slip so that he can run around on our hardwood floors safely. I know he finds them comfortable as he makes no fuss about wearing them. I also like how nice and snug the sock part is so they don’t slip off and he can’t remove them himself as he has just reached the stage where he tries to dress and undress himself. I also like that they can be thrown in the washing machine. Lovely colour choices too, but our favourite is the blue ones with the little foxes on.

They came very quickly and I am impressed with the quality. I will probably order more when he grows put of these ones. It’s great to find a truly quality product when shopping online as it’s always a bit of a gamble.

He had trouble with traditional shoes. Ive already ordered three more. The site usually has great deals too so that helps a lot!

These shoes are wonderful. We do a lot of traveling, so our daughter has walked many miles in these shoes and hasn't complained about her feet. We have the original and winter and we're waiting to get the summer pair. I can't wait for our son to start wearing them. They look nice and go with any outfit.

Well at first I thought I was not going to receive it but I did. I think I was more excited than my son they so cute !!! But my son like them too so thank you for making something so comfortable for my son feet😁
