Terrible company, ordered in early March and not received any of the products or even a shipping update. No response from customer service either, do not waste your time!

NIEMALS direkt bei TIRTIR kaufen! Erstens: Es kommen in D noch 19% MwSt zum angegebenen Preis hinzu. Schlimmer jedoch: Meine Ware im Wert von 116 EUR kam nicht an- angeblich sei die Adresse nicht korrekt, was einfach nicht stimmt. TIRTIR behält das Geld und die Ware. Absolut UNSERIÖS.

One item arrived with the seal opened

I purchased two items and one arrived with a broken seal and so perhaps has been opened. I emailed customer services twice, assuming a replacement would be sent or i would be refunded, yet no one has replied to me.

Never received my product, and out 50 dollars.

Ordered an item and accidentally entered an incomplete address. The tracking clearly shows the package was marked “Returning to Sender” and was never delivered.

Customer service responded with a template denial and stated that if a package is returned due to an incomplete address, the item is “disposed of” upon arrival and no refund or reshipment is offered.

This means they will regain possession of the product but still keep the customer’s payment.

Very disappointing resolution for a $50 order, especially when the item was never delivered.

Buyers should be aware of this policy before purchasing.

Buyer beware

If I could give 0 I would! Purchased foundation on the website and went to pay, as I clicked on pay the shipping increased massively. I immediately emailed them to cancel and have continued to try to contact them yet heard nothing back. They have just ignored my emails and sent the product which I could have purchased elsewhere for half of the total price. Disgraceful customer service

Buy through Amazon or independent sellers instead

I love their products but buying through tirtir was a terrible experience. They took payment and send the parcel missing the ai cushion foundation. I sent several emails and Instagram messages and there was no reply at all. I eventually claimed back through my bank. I won't be using their website again

Tirtir-Great Ads, Zero Customer Service but issue resolved

I tried Tirtir because I was excited to test their cushion foundations, so I ordered their shade samples. Order no #119906. They sent me the completely wrong shades. I emailed them immediately — no reply. After a week they finally responded asking for my order number, which I sent the same day. And then… nothing. It’s been a month now. Zero follow-up, zero support.
Honestly, what a waste of money. Their promotions are everywhere, but their customer service is nonexistent. If they can’t handle basic after-sales issues, they shouldn’t be pushing so many ads. Really disappointed with the experience.

Updated : After I shared my experience on trustpilot , TIRTIR reached out and resolved the issue. They sent the correct products and included a cleansing balm as a gift .After finally trying the foundation, I can say the product quality is genuinely good — smooth application, lightweight feel, and a nice finish. The cleansing balm was also effective and gentle on the skin.
I’m glad the issue was resolved in the end, but customer support needs to be more responsive.

The order was never delivered and was sent straight back to the sender. Now they refuse to either resend the products or issue a refund. Stay away from them — you might as well just burn your money. There’s no customer service at all, but they’ll gladly keep your money.

I ordered products from Tirtir for £77

I ordered products from Tirtir for £77. The order came via royal mail, who missed me on Friday as I was at work, n a repost was scheduled for Saturday. Instead it went back to Hayes delivery and to Tirtir. Which Royal Mail confirmed. I contacted Tirtir, First they said after delivery it is not their responsibility, well it was never delivered! After numerous back and forth emails, I told them im going to report this on social media so they offered a reship. Address time of dispatch everything confirmed. 6-7 days till new tracking number, N guess what, we're back to it was already delivered! The customer service is crap. If its global the customer service should also work within global hours! Im so outraged and dissapointed! SO a word of ADVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you'll end up losing your money and patience!

Extremely disappointing experience – unexpected customs fees and zero customer support

I ordered products worth €66 from TIRTIR and was shocked to receive a notice that I had to pay an additional €27 in customs fees upon delivery. There was no information whatsoever on the TIRTIR website about potential customs charges or how they are handled.

I contacted customer service immediately to ask for clarification, but received no response at all. After waiting in vain, I finally refused the package today, as the company showed no effort to resolve the issue or even provide basic information.

This was a huge waste of time and money. I expected transparency and at least a minimal level of customer care – unfortunately, TIRTIR failed completely on both fronts.

Recommendation: If you are in the EU, be prepared for unexpected extra costs and a complete lack of support. I will not be ordering again. (Order#102032)
