I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide ! excellent communication and all the staff are really friendly. I’ve had a property with TLS for 2 years now and I certainly wouldn’t change letting agents as I know it’s in safe hands ! Excellent Company
I’ve had my property managed by TLS for over 15 years. They’re incredibly professional, responsive to any queries that I have and always find me excellent tenants. TLS are great to work with and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service
As a landlord I am so pleased that I decided to go with TLS after many years with another agent. The service from TLS has been seamless and super quick and efficient. The team are very clear and organised in what they do and not just talk. I would fully recommend any landlord looking for another agent to go with TLS.

As agents for my properties TLS operated with integrity and transparency both with myself and my tenants. Having retained them as my agents for over 12yrs I cannot recommend them highly enough the go to letting agent in the area

TLS lettings have been managing my…
TLS lettings have been managing my property for the past 17 years. During such time the property has been rented to professional people without any issues. As I live in the East Midlands, TLS provides a full management service and I entrust them with all aspects of the letting of my house. I would not hesitate to recommend TLS when renting your property.

Very professional
With our poor experience with BEA, TLS came across as breath of fresh air. Pardip and his team (especially Francesca) are highly professional. They stepped in to manage issues leftover by previous agents, got all paperwork in order and took control of the situation very professionally. I will recommend TLS to everyone who is looking for competent agents to let and manage their property.

Don’t waste your hard earned money and time
TLS Lettings Agents are obviously not an option to find a property for let. They are very money minded and never think about the tenants and treating very unprofessionally. Please be aware before letting a property with them.
Don’t lose your hard earned money & time. Even landlord happy to process our full deposit back to us they only returned little more than a quarter from the full deposit we paid.
Really unhappy with it. Please don't use them as use online estate agent to reduce admin fee and get your full deposit back.
use Openrent.co.uk and easyproperty is an option.

This deposit dispute was passed to the TDS (Tenants Deposit Scheme) for an independent adjudication. Here is an extract from the adjudicator’s findings which completely supports our actions and professional integrity: “The terms of the early release were set out in the agent’s letters to the tenant…this clarifies that the tenants would be granted early release on condition the rent was paid until a new tenant was found and also that the landlords’ letting commission was refunded for the same period. The tenants are relying on an email from the landlords …which requested the agent to refund the full deposit. However, the landlords subsequently sent a further email to clarify that the commission was due despite there being no other deductions. In any event it would not be reasonable for the tenants to escape liability due to an error made by the landlords.
The tenants were made aware of the conditions of early release from the tenancy agreement, including the payment of the letting commission and chose to end the tenancy on that basis”.
We trust it is evident this negative review was wholly inaccurate and without foundation.
