As a small car dealer we need a reliable partner to provide our warranty's. I have used TMO for several years now and find them a valuable and reliable company who communicate well and always provide help when I need it most.
Great customer service
Maria was extremely helpful and friendly when dealing with my claim. She gave me clear timescales for when she would be able to action things and managed to come back to me a lot sooner to let me know that it was all sorted. I mentioned something that may have been missed by a person id dealt with before and as soon as I did she worked to resolve it and reassure me. In general I can’t fault the service I received from her.

Gabrielle Demir, went above and beyond to make sure that our invoice was processed in a timely manner, allowing us to pick the car up on time. Her communication throughout what is an extremely stressful time ( having a breakdown) was excellent.

Very satisfied!
Very satisfied from beginning to end. It took less than two working days for TMO to approve repairing my air con system once the origin of the problem was identified by the garage.
