Repair of my samsung bud 3pro was timely. Earbuds was replaced and sent back seamlessly. Proper communication via email was maintained by the company all through the period of repair and return.

Sent my watch for repair as the battery only lasts one day. After receiving the watch back from repair it still only last one day after apparently changing the battery with a new one.

The Samsung Ring was returned due to to battery life around half of that when new 12 months earlier the outcome was I had a new one sent out brilliant service customer service dept friendly too.

Fantastic Quick Service.
My device issue was resolved so quickly it took me by surprise!! Pickup of faulty device was smooth and straightforward. Replacement device came within 2 working days with a note explaining it all. Good comms in terms of pickup and delivery time slots.

Good Service
I contacted Samsung who referred me to TMT. They organised the collection of the phone from home. I paid £30 for the inspection report which advised that I needed a new battery and the inspection fee was deducted from the final bill. The phone was then repaired and delivered back to me within 7 days.
Very pleased to have it fixed.

Extremely disappointing
TMT wiped all the data on my phone without my consent. The device was placed in Maintenance Mode, which is specifically meant to protect the user’s data during repairs. There was no known software issue with the phone — the repair request was purely for a broken screen.
Despite this, the phone was factory reset because they suspected a software issue. As a result, a large amount of sensitive data was lost. While I had partial backups, not everything could be recovered.
A factory reset should never be performed without informing the customer or obtaining consent, especially when Maintenance Mode was already enabled and the repair was only for a hardware issue. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Terrible
Poor communication, I have to contact them for updates, told me they had the part on the day yet I'm still waiting, when I call they just tell me "nothing they can do" ....if I'd known it would have taken this long I would not have used them. AVOID

What can I say my experience was flawless!! From start to finish .. no hassle 👌 this is why we pay more for new .. its the aftercare I had from this company .. I dealt directly through Samsung ..
Basically I opened my door to give them to the driver and then again to received them repaired ....10 🌟
