Found a fault but due to a delay caused by the courier taking the item to the wrong hub/ having to locate, they replaced the item rather than taking longer to fix.
They provide a wonderful repair service for Samsung products. I had damaged one of my Galaxy Buds3 Pro earpieces, and through Samsung Members I was able to get them picked up by a well renowned courie... Voir plus

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra SpO2 warranty repair
I'd noticed the SpO2 function had stopped working after 7 months (Aug 25). After a few phone calls to Samsung support they decided to collect my watch for TMT First to replace the rear case, test and return. This was a very efficient process taking 8 working days including collection and delivery days and that also included weather delays. SpO2 function is now working as expected.

Was able to send my earphones the next day. Received a new pair 2 days later.
I was getting notifications at each step.

Excellent experience with TMT
This was my first experience with TMT Repair, who partner with Samsung and are authorized Samsung repairers. TMT kept me updated on the repair process with Samsung Customer Service, including the collection date and what to expect. Repair collection was professionally done with DPD and confirmation was provided at each stage until my product reached TMT team. The repair work was completed within the commited time frame and my product was returned back once again very timely via DPD service. I was impressed with how well the product was handled and secured both when I collected it and when I returned it. The service was excellent, and I couldn’t think of anything to improve. Well done, TMT team!

Was easy to book online, I didnt have to box up my device (although maybe some correspondence explaining the pick up process, that you dont need to package the item, would have been helpful).
Everything seemed quick, and I got a replacement device as mine had an issue.
Overall, easy, fairly quick, and good outcome!

I recieved the watch with a replacement…
I recieved the watch with a replacement baseplate for whatever reason. However the original repair was because after sleeping the watch tries to analyze the sleep activity gets stuck on analyzing. Today it spent 20 mins and nearly threw it againt the wall. Watch still in the same state as it was when it left. This is for the watch 6.
Very frustrating, the watch had only been gone inti repair for 3 days and had it back in no time, great for me but only to find out it has the same issues, as I stated before I bekieve its software based problem.
Apparently it was cleaned nope, not a chance.

I Couldn’t have asked for better…
I Couldn’t have asked for a better service. A seamless process which was stress free and I can’t believe how quick I got my phone back fully repaired and also software upgraded. The whole operation from start to finish was easy and I am positive I would not have got this service from any other brand. I’m now back using my Flip 7 and I love it!!

Not impressed..
My projector was turning itself off after about 20seconds. I sent away for repair, it was returned in a week “fully repaired“.
Now it won’t even turn on at all, no signs of life whatsoever!

Sent my watch for repair as the battery…
Sent my watch for repair as the battery only lasts one day. After receiving the watch back from repair it still only last one day after apparently changing the battery with a new one.
