Found a fault but due to a delay caused by the courier taking the item to the wrong hub/ having to locate, they replaced the item rather than taking longer to fix.
They provide a wonderful repair service for Samsung products. I had damaged one of my Galaxy Buds3 Pro earpieces, and through Samsung Members I was able to get them picked up by a well renowned courie... Voir plus

Flawless
I did not deal with this company directly but rather through Samsung repair service.
They replaced my flip phone screen protector that was peeling of in the middle.
Can't fault them for nothing!
It got fixed within one day and sent straight back. Phone looks brand new and so far works perfec. Very happy!

Very comprehensive and efficient
Very quick service, phone inspectedz parts ordered and repaired in a few days. Comprehensively checked, I sent in for one issue and they identified another and fixed that also and provided a list of all.checks completed too.
Very happy and definitely reccomend.

What a rip-off
What a rip-off, samsung ring battery failed 1yr and 1 week, so just out of warranty, £30 just for them to look at the ring, then they want £349 to repair, £50 MORE than a NEW one. then they tell me that they need me to send the cradle before they can do anything, but didn't ask for this in the first place. Samsung and TMT should be ashamed of the service they provide (4292974560)

What an amazing staff and what an amazing service.
I had problem with my samsung Ring so they did collect it and repair it ( replace it with new ones) and sent it back to me all for free and they were updating me all the time for the process

Love that it's very fast but as a replacement was sent. I never got to find out. What was wrong with the budz i had but saying that Love that you pick them up and delivered them back so quickly as the are my comfort when out and about
