There was one small mishap where I had an order shipped to my father-in-law place it never got there but all my orders have arrived at my place.they were very professional and got the mishap fixed fast I will be ordering from them again.i just would recommend getting a person to answer the phones instead of having to leave a message then wait for a call back.The email worked best for me to get someone.but I give Tobaccostock a 8 star out of 10.

If there is a problem with shipment or just asking about tracking, everyone is very helpful.

They messed up my first order and my previous review reflected that. After the initial difficulty reaching them, they handle the reship promptly and got my missing items to me. Very happy to order cigars again.

My package was lost and they were great at helping me investigate the situation and even offered me either a refund or reshipment. This is the first time it happened to me and I’ve been ordering from them for months but I’m glad they were very helpful.

Had address mix up and was fixed with one email to them. Great place to do business. Also had some damaged tubs on a order sent picture got a refund. Super nice to work with.

I found my products a little of the stale side and the flavor didn’t match what I know this product to be.

Package never arrived, No refund Issued. Customer service is absolutely no help. Do not order from Tabacostock. 50/50 chance at best of getting your package and not ripped off.
