Toilets were cleaned okay and smelt better however the pump handle wasn’t fixed properly bit disappointed with that

Product is good in and of itself
The loo is good in and of itself; clean and does what you need. This is our second booking - my observation is that the delivery drivers can vary in helpfulness!

First class service
The toilets were wonderful. Very spacious, very clean and easy to use. I would recommend anyone requiring these mobile toilets to everyone. First class. Thank you. Roll on the next wedding.

We used this company for an event and…
We used this company for an event and cannot fault them. The booking was easy and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The chap who delivered the portaloo was lovely and went out of his way to put the toilet to exactly where we wanted it. Would definitely recommend this company.

Was not informed of a minimum hire period
Was not informed of a minimum 3 week hire period. I informed toilets + upon ordering that I needed it for a week and at no point did they say their policy was minimum 3 week hire. Extremely expensive!

When we acquired Premier Toilet Hire, we contacted their customers to inform them of the change in ownership and of our charges and minimum hire periods. Our minimum hire charge is actually one week less than that of Premier Toilet Hire.
We have listened to the recording of the call from when you ordered the toilet and you did not advise that the toilet was only required for 1 week. As an existing customer we would not normally cover prices and minimum hire charges for each order unless requested or if they had recently changed, but this is something we will consider going forward to avoid a repeat of this situation.

Great company with great staff, from the first call found everyone so helpful, a lady ( Katie R ) explained everything to me as I had never hired a loo before, and then the young guy who delivered it and the man that serviced it every week, from start to finish great company would highly recommend...thank you

Terrible service
Terrible service, completely unreliable, never turned up.
I paid for a weekly service and was lucky if they came every 3 weeks. Hours on the phone begging them to come clean our site toilet only to hear lies about lorrys breaking down driver is sick even worse telling me it’s was done yesterday I’ve seen the tracker, lies.
Be aware. Used another company, brilliant driver calls when he’s coming lets me know when finished.
Toilets + charged me and never delivered.

The information that was given to you when you called in was accurate at the time, but sometimes we were unable to service on the days that we had advised you of due to changing circumstances.
Your complaint about the final service should have been investigated more thoroughly at the time and we apologise that it was not.
