Tokkipop Avis

Can't recommend enough!
I have ordered multiple times and every time have been very happy. I've only had one communication issue but that was cleared up right away with a single email. The staff are incredibly friendly and I always feel I am able to reach out if I need to.
Fair prices for a UK based shop with a huge array of products from big and smaller Kpop groups. Packaging is very well done and secure and the little TokkiPop freebies in every package are incredibly cute!
TokkiPop is my go-to shop to buy my kpop things from. I only go elsewhere if it's sold out!

Ordering process was easy, shipping time was great (considering it was shipped internationally). All products came as described, in secure packaging. Also received some freebies of my biases, which was amazing, as well as, Tokki Pop themed stickers which are so cute! Will definitely purchase from again and couldn’t recommend the business enough!

I love tokkipop, the owners Hassan and Andreea pay such close details to the little things give it a personal touch, the interact with fans on TikTok lives and if any of us need help or request anything they do their best to help, they are so reasonably priced and give K-pop shopping a different experience, they keep it fun, I would 1000% recommend shopping with tokkipop they are my no.1 go to kpop shop

First time ordering from TokkiPop, but the site was so incredibly easy to navigate and they have a great selection of official kpop goods! Everything arrived very quickly and was packaged nicely :). They even included a handwritten thank you note and some freebies. Will definitely keep this shop in mind and order again in the future!

All products were thoughtfully protected and bubble wrapped, everything was in perfect condition. On top of my order, they provided three additional pobs as a gift. Great energy from the owners online, so I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend!!

他店舗では海外配送対応してくださるところが少なく、大変ありがたいです
納期も短く、機会があればまた利用したいです

Absolutely amazing service. The nicest people ever and so sweet to customers. My orders always arrive nicely packed, and even sometimes include freebies. The only kpop shop I buy from now, nobody else can compare. <3

This was my first purchase from the shop and I was fully satisfied. The item was shipped earlier than expected and arrived quickly and safely packaged with lovely stickers and post card as freebies. I'll be ordering from here again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about TokkiPop. Every order I’ve placed — including my most recently purchased albums from Oneus, Ateez, TWS, and Xlov — has arrived quickly, securely packaged, and in perfect condition.

The care and consistency truly stand out. Photocards are always pristine, albums are authentic and flawless, safely and carefully packaged, items are expeditiously shipped and arrive to the U.S. in a couple of days, and communication is smooth from start to finish. TokkiPop has become my go-to for K-pop releases because I know I can trust the quality every single time. Highly recommend! 💛✨

I ordered a Fox.de baby plushie from here and it was predicted that it would arrive in March since it was a preorder. It ended up arriving in February, and I also got a free Gunil photocard, and stickers!!!! I was so thrilled with this purchase. The people who organise the packages are so generous and lovely, and I will definitely be ordering from them again, sometime soon! :)

Super fast delivery 100% my favourite kpop shop!

My favourite Kpop shop!!! they are the sweetest people and I have never once had a problem when ordering from them. Orders always come very fast and the packaging and inclusions you get when ordering are always super adorable. The pricing is always amazing and they have really really good POB's when it comes to pre-ordering from your favourite groups. They also have an amazing selection of merch and albums on their shop. I will only be ordering from Tokkipop from now on!!!🫶🏻🤍

There customer service and communication was fantastic putting me at ease when I was worried we wouldn't get the package in time for a concert.
They done was they said they would do and we have now got our items.
The items arrived well packaged so no damage to the products.
There prices are reasonable too.
I will purchase from them again.
