Take the money, no order

They take the money from the card. The support didn't exist at all. They sat that maybe you will get it a refund 14 days later.

I will remove my account. One of the worst experience as customer.

There is seller that is not conducting…

There is seller that is not conducting business properly, Tokped defend this type of seller, I buy expensive toothbrush, the seller sent the cheapest one and i bought 6 sent 6, and there was notes saying to settle it outside tokped, I dont want to follow the seller which has not good intention, overall, the refund is 19 days and tokped deduct my refund and Tokped do not take any action and the Tokped care action taking long and no solution at all, finally uninstall and forget it Tokped, I shall not reccomend to all of my friend

Tokopedia is a nightmare once anything goes wrong. At best, it’s a marketplace that works when you’re lucky enough to have everything go smoothly. But the moment you need help — whether it’s a refund, a complaint, or a case of non-delivery — Tokopedia turns into a black hole of incompetence.

Complaining is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The system is confusing, unresponsive, and deliberately obstructive. I am still waiting for a refund from a seller who refuses to issue one, and Tokopedia has been utterly useless in resolving the matter.

They are happy to take their fees and promote themselves as a trusted platform, but when it comes to actual customer protection, Tokopedia vanishes. The so-called “support” feels more like a smokescreen — endless loops of meaningless steps that lead nowhere.

A decent company is measured not by how well it works when things are fine, but by how it handles problems. On this front, Tokopedia is an absolute failure. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values their money, time, or sanity.

Avoid Tokopedia. They do not stand behind their customers, and they certainly don’t deserve your trust.

STAY AWAY WASTE OF TIME

I ordered & paid for a phone then they contacted me & said the phone I ordered was out of stock so they tried to sell me a cheaper phone but for the same price !! The phone I ordered is still on the site for sale ! I also ordered some suitcase wheels rubbers & it said they were out for delivery with driver now the day before expected delivery I just went to check & it says they are out of stock even though days ago it stated they were out for delivery ! SCAMMER site stay away & don't waste your time !! They don't even deserve one star !

Better use other apps

Pusat Resolusi admin suddenly change solutions without a valid reason despite Seller inability to provide proof deadline has passed. They change it while spouting baseless accusations that are untrue and I have been uploading multiple proof regarding the accusation even before it. It went from refund to forwarding funds to seller. Extremely disappointing and favors dishonest sellers more.

Di kirim gantungan kunci dengan ucapan terima kasih yg mengnfo produk saya akan di kirim dengan paketan berbeda. Padahal saya tanya sblmnya barang ready. Jadi saya ajukan komplain.
Di situ ada pilihan
1. Return baranf dan pengembalian dana
2. return barang dan akan d kirim barang
Maka saya pilih yg ke 2
Return baranf dan dikir
Barang yg benar
Tetapi penjual menyetujui return barang dan pengembalkan dana

Saya sudah cek di 3 kurir mereka bilang alamat tidak lengkap dan benar.
Itu cuma ada data kelurahan sama kecamatan aja. Ga ada nama jalannya.

Saya sudah kontak penjual tidak ada respose. Malah terakhir bilang silakan di order.

Saya kontak tolopedia melalu berbagai cara. Sampai detik terkahir saya info waktu pengipitan dana kurang 30 menit tetap saja tidak di tanganin dengan baik.

Padahal saya sudah kasih video unboxing, char penjual dll.

Bringback the old system

Honestly, I am disappointed with the changes to the Tokopedia Seller Center after the TikTok merger. Everything used to be so simple and fast; now it's overly complicated. Just processing an order takes much longer than it should.

The decline in seller support is also very

noticeable. When there's an issue, the response is slow and often doesn't resolve the problem. It feels like the focus is no longer on long-time, loyal sellers. Please listen to us-we just want to sell easily like used to. Bring back the old system or at least fix the current one so it doesn't create

unnecessary difficulties."

Useless grubs. Don't use their platform

I ordered an item that was incorrectly described so I complained. The vendor Philips dismissed my claim because even though they advertised that the electric kettle was double walled stainless steel body and I called them out on because it was single layered plastic, they didn't want to refund me the money. Finally, after a week of back and forth, Philips agreed and I received my shipping reservation where the shipper was supposed to pick-up on the date of my choosing provided to me by Tokopedia. The shipper blew it off so I complained and I got a run around from Tokopedia. Finally, after never resolving my issue, which I was communicating with them every day twice a day, they cancelled the complaint for failed "pick-up" and said the transaction was complete. Now I'm left with a cancer causing electric kettle.

Terlalu banyak seller nakal

Terlalu banyak seller nakal, hanya mencari clickbait, ditanya barang ready, dipastikan lagi ready, dikirim via instant courier bisa katanya, giliran udah di order langsung dah keluar yg aneh aneh, ternyata barangnya gak ready lah, lupa update lah, trus minta buyer klik tombol batalkan pesanan, lah yg salah siapa? seller yg salah buyer yg disuruh ambil tindakan batalkan pesanan, kalo seller gak klik batalkan pesanan maka orderan akan ditahan sampai batal otomatis setelah 3 hari, uang memang kembali namun buyer akan rugi 1000 rupiah biaya transaksi, lapor ke pihak admin tokped tapi gak ada respon buat buyer, cenderung membela seller, system nya jelek, kurang canggih, pantesan selalu kalah dari shopee, buang buang waktu dan uang, saran saya uninstal tokped sekarang juga, tokped aplikasi sampah

6 separate orders not received

6 separate orders not received. i've disputed them but still not heard anything in 3 days, which is their policy to get back to you with a result! I had my first order delivered so the other 6 i'm not sure why they have not been. Been waiting over 2 weeks for them now.

don't buy from tokopedia. tokopedia is a seller first app. they don't care about you, the buyers, everything is to benefit seller. Sellers are either scammers (dd.fashion99) or incompetent. customer service is useless and will refuse to help you when it's the seller that f ups. done with this app. uninstalling and never using again.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. Zero option to contact them at all. Such a scam. I ordered a huge order from Ikea. Shipping company wrote me that package is damaged, will not be delivered to me and will be returned to Ikea. Tokopedia marked it as if I rejected the package so I have to cover shipping fees. SHAMELESS!!!!!! I will NEVER buy from you again and I will do a charge back with my bank.

SCAM SITE STAY AWAY!!!!

Total scam site!! one product was delivered it doesn't work. Another one. I ordered the same product two separate times from 2 different couriers. Both of them never got delivered. They've never refunded any of my money. This site is a total joke. I erroneously assumed it was like shopee and Lazada, which I've used in numerous southeast Asian countries for years without any issues and I just thought Tokopedia was an Indonesian version, and it would be similar, foolish me did not come and read reviews beforehand and look at what I found 118 reviews 1.6 rating!! if I would've seen this page before I would've never ordered from them and I learned the hard way people do not order from this website, you will get scammed and if any problem arises, you will get screwed and just waste time getting nowhere!

Disappointing and Unfair Policies – Be Cautious!

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Tokopedia when ordering large items. Instead of receiving the actual product, I was sent only an invoice, but Tokopedia still considered the transaction completed once the invoice was marked as “delivered.” If you don’t file a complaint within two days, they finalize the transaction and release the money to the seller, even if you never received the item.

When I did complain, Tokopedia’s “investigation” involved questioning the courier. The courier then became defensive and intimidating, insisting they had done their job by delivering the package, even though it was just an invoice, not the product itself. This pattern didn’t happen just once or twice; it happened repeatedly when ordering larger items.

The worst part? Even if Tokopedia eventually refunds the cost of the item, they do NOT refund the delivery fee, which can be significant. Essentially, I was left losing money for something I never even received.

Tokopedia needs to seriously reconsider its policies and improve its buyer protection. Until then, be extremely careful when ordering larger items. This kind of system feels unreliable and unfair to buyers. I expected better.
