Tom is such a great guy. So professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I recommended Tom to a family member who went on to accept an offer on her property on day one of viewings. Tom wasn’t even my estate agent (his client was for the property that I was buying) but he still went above and beyond helping me to find a property and supporting me through the sale. I will definitely use him for all future sales.

I can’t thank Tom Bates enough for the effort put into selling my home. What seemed a daunting thing to do was a walk in the park for Tom. From the first conversation through to my sale, Tom was professional in every way and certainly knows the business very well.
I would certainly recommend anyone to at least have a conversation with Tom Bates before others and you can make your mind up your self. You will not be disappointed.
