I did not receive my order after more than one month and no one reply to my emails and inquiries through contact form online. Utterly disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed.

Very responsible seller but Worst Delivery Partner
Very responsible seller. Negative part is on delivery partner in Singapore. Bought 3 bottles of omega 3 caviar, the delivery was super fast, but their unreliable delivery partner (J&T Singapore) put the item unattended although i have put specific note (1) on the delivery address, 2) on my door and 3) call the J&T customer service). J&T not only did not update the delivery. Tom Oliver is very responsible and replace the missing item, but i have spent lot of time to wait for delivery (as no exact time), make police report (2 hours) and many communication with Tom Oliver and J&T.
For high end product like this, im willing to pay more for more reliable delivery service.

I have been these excellent and clean…
I have been these excellent and clean products for years. I am a 68 year old and hamdillah feel energized and sleep well and my blood results are excellent showing that my vitamin and mineral levels are excellent. The products come on time and their service is excellent.
I recommend them to all my friends.

I ordered Protein powder and received it within 2-3 days. I have been using Tom Oliver Whey Protein from the last 5 years now and very happy with the quality and their ordering and delivery service.

Good product
I’m happy with the product and like the easy to recycle glass bottles but it’s frustrating to receive some products in overly large bottles which are only a third full. I bought a multi-pack of 3 bottles and all the product would have fitted in one bottle.

Dear Kelly, firstly we do apologise for your inconvenience. Upon checking we have not received any communication from the email attached to this review and the order number given. Should a cancel request be made we would happily assist should the item not have been shipped yet. In this case i am afraid we as mentioned did not receive any such request. that being said if you would like to return your order to us we will happily issue a refund.

International delivery. Product never arrived but was refunded.
Ordered the protein powder and a shaker to France, which did not arrive after a few weeks. Spoke with Tom Oliver and they resent me the products, which also did not arrive a second time. At this point I had waited nearly 7 weeks for my order, so I requested a full refund which they did, without hesitation. The product is good, as have used it in the past, and so was their handling of the situation. However, I would not order again if I needed their items to be shipped internationally, unless they moved away from their current shipping service provider; who I believe are responsible for the items never arriving.

We received one email from your good self dated 3rd May to which we did reply informing you that DHL had delivered your parcel on the 24th April, within this email there was the tracking details and delivery note. Since this email we have not had any further communication from yourself and therefore presumed it was rectified. My colleague has just now again forwarded this email to the address used here in trustpilot and we would appreciate it if you could reply so we can further help rectify the situation.

Excellent. I received a highly personalised service. I spent 20 minutes talking on the phone with an advisor who proposed a selection based on my requirements. The products were delivered quickly and I am really feeling the benefits.

I didn't receive my order yet. It's been 2 weeks and I don't have a tracking number or any updates about my order. I've emailed Tom Oliver more than once, but no reply from them.

Dear Ronan, firstly we would like to apologise for the inconvenience. Upon investigation we can confirm no communication has been received from the email attached to your account. A tracking and confirmation of dispatched to you on the 13th April. upon checking your tracking we can see that your parcel had an attempted delivery on the 15th April 2023, 2 days after dispatch, at this point as per royal mail a non delivery note was left for you at the address. we do apologise for this situation and we have sent you this morning another email with the tracking and instructions of how to arrange a new delivery time.
