Hi David, Thank you for your feedback, however after investigating your order, i am afraid you did not order any vitamin d, but a multipack of Women's Multi vitamins. This order was sent out on the 17th February 2023, along with tracking details to your assigned email.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your feedback. We did reach out to you via email as soon as you voiced your issue dated 1/02/2023 and after less than 24 hours as we needed time to investigate the issue with the shipper, we replied informing you of the action needed in order to conclude delivery. We do again apologise for the delay and always recommend customers track their package, especially international packages via the tracking provided. This will in most cases prevent any delay should any action be needed.

Dear Michael,

Firstly we would like to thank you for ordering with Tom Oliver Nutrition.
We would like to apologise for the delay in your delivery. During this period in time I hope you can appreciate that there we several closure days due to the festive season and also at the time of ordering all shipping companies were experiencing up to a 14 day delay on normal delivery time due to increase in demand, caused by the Royal Mail strike actions.
While we always try our best to ensure an efficient and smooth end to end service we did incur several delays on customer orders during this time.
We again do apologise and would like to confirm all normal activities seem to be back to standard in most shipping channels.

Ordered item on 17th November, still not to hand on 1st December! When I contacted company a refund was given without even asking for that! I was only complaining and looking for status update! That’s the reason I have given 2. I won’t write them off yet, everyone deserves a second chance!

Excellent customer Service

I ordered two items but receive two of one of the items only. I wrote to them, and they kindly sent the other item and asked me even to keep the one I had not ordered. They were very understanding and helpful.

At Tom Oliver Nutrition we pride ourselves on our service and boast a average domestic delivery time of 48 hours under normal service. this being said we have had some major disruptions caused by strike actions and protests that have severely effected both delivery to customers and fulfilment delivery being able to reach our warehouses on time. these actions have effected some services recently however we can confirm we have cleared any delays pending and are back to a normal service.
