I did not receive my order after more than one month and no one reply to my emails and inquiries through contact form online. Utterly disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed.

Great protein powder!
Your diet protein powder mixes extremely well (no lumps when mixed with liquid), and the vanilla has a very good taste. I like that it has lower carbohydrates for weight maintenance. I also mix it in to my morning oatmeal for added protein. Product delivery is efficient, and the company is generous with including 'freebies' such as portable shakers/full size supplement.

Yes, you're correct regarding the glass jars. They are a standard size and we are able to buy in bulk from one supplier, thus making it more environmentally friendly than using multiple sizes from suppliers. We are constantly reviewing this however and will be seeking to improve things further during 2022.

I have been using Omega3 Caviar for many years. It is a good product. My complaint is that when the item was to be delivered the order was cancelled and the product was returned without my knowledge. I sent an email for the product to be resent. It took 15 days for the product to be delivered to Malta.
