I did not receive my order after more than one month and no one reply to my emails and inquiries through contact form online. Utterly disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed.

I would just like to say that due to…
I would just like to say that due to missing my delivery and subsequent events my order was sent back to their warehouse. After emailing an explanation I received an answer within an hour ( and mine wasn't sent till approx 7pm) telling me that order would be resent ASAP at no extra cost to myself. Its been a pleasure dealing with this company and as well as using them solely in future I will be extolling their service to all that will listen.

Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware at the time of your purchase we did not have any such offer, however we did have a spend more save more offer. Looking at your order You had ordered 1 x Curcumin Complete, which was eligible for the discount and one multipack of Omega 3 Herring Caviar, this multipack is already discounted and therefore would not be eligible for further discount as mentioned in the offer and terms and conditions.

Lovely product, shame about packaging.
Lovely looking bottle and tablets easy to take. Dissapppointed by the amount of unnecessary plastic in the packaging. Paper or cardboard would have been adequate.

The free Vitamin C was missing from my order, but was quickly resolved with just an email.

I have used Tom Oliver a few times now …
I have used Tom Oliver a few times now for one of my supplements, the ingredients show no added excipients which is what I like. I like the fact that the bottles are glass, not plastic, and I can buy a bunde which works out more budget friendly. Ordering is straightforward and my orders have always been received quickly and their packaging is very good and protective of the glass bottles.

In the last 12 months our standard delivery services have averaged a 1.4 day delivery window domestically and 4.4 days internationally.
We do offer premium delivery to your region and this is at a cost only basis should you want a more premium service. we have also recently upgraded our shipping partners in your region to offer a faster more dedicated service.

I do apologise for this and we have already sent out your complimentary Vitamin C.
During the period of the 23rd May for 48 hours we were made aware of a fulfilment issue that while orders were processed the fulfilment line did not add automatically the Vitamin C. we have rectified this issue as soon as it was made aware to us.
