Massive Price for 2 springs - only one of which was broken .Some £516.05 to repair a garage door that is probably around 30 years old - Dont think so. What A WASTE OF £20 for survey . Would not recommend using this company - must be for for millionaire's only !!!

The engineer came promptly and within the stated time. He did a thorough job of removing the old door lifter before fitting a new Hormann replacement. He was polite and worked efficiently. Can recommend the company and the only extras was a cup of coffee!

Very Expensive!

The engineer was friendly and professional, and I have no criticism of him.

He inspected the garage door and then phoned the office for a quotation. He fitted two replacement Henderson anti-drop spindle assemblies. Around 20 minutes later the work was complete.

I was quoted £358 for what appears to have been two parts that retail for £33.45 each (around £67 total), plus approximately 20 minutes of labour.

The engineer even left the packaging behind, making it easy to identify the parts used.

In my opinion, the price charged was excessive for such a quick repair and I would recommend getting alternative quotes before proceeding with this company.

You were able to fit me in short notice. Your engineer arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with, and did a rapid no-nonsense repair. The quote and payment process were very well organised and easy to use. Your prices are not the cheapest, but it was worth paying the extra for the service you delivered - from initial contact through to job completion, A very positive experience. Thank you.

I was very happy with how quick they were able to turn up on an emergency call out. The repair guy was really respectful and friendly. It was a bit expensive, but I guess that's what you get for a great service.

Could have been happier with the outcome of the engineer who came to fix our garage door. He installed a new canopy anti drop roller spindle now the door is opening and closing perfectly

I arranged an appointment for today between 8 and 1pm. At 10 am I was told I was the next job. At 2pm I was told I was the next job. Reading through reviews I cancelled as I can't be dealing with rip off merchants. No contact at all unless I did it .I have now found an established local company who have given me a time and actually spoke to a real human being.

Quick, very communicative, great customer care. Not pushy. Came out within an hour of my door failing. Up and running again within an hour if the visit.

Complete rip off. £140 for them to spray abit of WD40 into the lock. 2 minute job. Complete cowboys. Use them with caution. They also trade under a few different names too.

I didn't get the engineers name but he was very professional and friendly and I was happy with the outcome ,I thought it a bit expensive but a job well done

Steve was really helpful and fixed the garage door in just a few minutes. Charming man and a credit to the company. They are d pensive though especially for a quick refit but thankful the door is fixed.
