The guy ( Vince ) that turned up was very professional and extremely friendly which put me at ease immediately. He let me know all of the key details about my garage door that I needed to know and at the same time didn’t try to fleece me. Great service, great advice.

My garage door jammed open about 8pm. After trying to fix it for an hour I phoned Tom's garage doors. They answered straight away and said someone could be there in the morning. I was told I would get a call an hour before coming, which i did. The guy new straight away what the problem was. Told me how m8ch it would be to fix and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the job. I instantly said yes and it was fixed within the hour. Everything was explained thoroughly. The service was excellent

The engineer was very friendly. He explained fully what the problem was with my garage door and what he would do to resolve the issue. He then resolved the issue very efficiently and gave me some advice about the general maintenance of the doors.

An excellent service. An engineer was with me within 2 hours of my phone enquiry. I was given a clear account of the work that needed to be done and the cost. On completion he explained everything that had been done and gave me tips on maintaining the garage door. All work is guaranteed for 12 months. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t beleave how quick the company was to get back to me the same day I had all my tool so alittle worried the garage door was open all night, what a great company to do business with I had 2 quotes I decided to have all the parts replaced which gave me a 2 year warranty the gentleman was very polite and professional the door runs like a dream now superb job and many thanks

Mark the engineer was superb and did a fantastic job in quick order. Cost was a shock to the system, but the quality of Mark's work softened the blow a little.

Ab Fab. Phil arrived Saturday morning at 8.20,as agreed. Surveyed the problem. Fashioned a bracket from his van. Fixed it,adjusted and reprogrammed the door. Gone by about 9. Lovely man. Very good company. Would highly recommend. Reasonable price.
