excellent engineer,respected my property and did a great repair job,very essy to order ,vey polite….only bad thing,unit fitted, on googie found on ssle for £180,i was charged £550, bit dissapointed to say the least….

Came to fix within 24 hours. Telephoned as promised to let me know that they we're on the way and within an hour all fixed. Guaranteed for a year.

Phoned the office very helpful and booked me same day appointment. Engineer was 1st class and went through what was needed to make the door safe and usable, very pleased with his work.

Very fast service. Professional and polite. Excellent and knowledgeable installation technician. Very clean and thorough. Explained everything clearly and carefully. Price to fix the problem was very reasonable and the job was done in one visit. Cannot praise them highly enough- if only all companies were like this!

Nice guy turned up , did the job two new rollers and cables. Done in 45 mins . Charged £ 460 ….. very expensive. I recommend checking other firms first. I wouldn’t use them again .

From the moment I called, excellent response, arranging for a service engineer was swiftly undertaken and Pete the engineer identified the problems and rectified them within an hour. Great service and would definitely use them again.

Very helpful good explanation of what was needed. Found the price expensive but understood it was needed. And I needed someone who was good.Better discount for OAP and disability which my husband comes in that catagory

Our very old garage door came off it's runners leaving the interior exposed. We called Tom's and they came out within an hour. The engineer was very good and refitted & secured the garage door. He was very helpful and friendly. Top marks all round would highly recommend.

I was quoted £995 for a new control box and sensor, what a joke please be aware,I paid less for the door and fitting 4 years ago .
Just been in contact with TWF ROLLER GARAGE DOOR LTD i spoke to Steve who explained and talked me through a process with the control box all i can say is a big thankyou, nothing was wrong with it !!!

Rang Toms garage doors first thing in the morning and they were able to fit an appointment for the same day. We received phone calls to update when the technician would arrive and he did fairly promptly. He fitted the springs , checked the door out very quickly. Nice chap, would use them again . Thank you.
