Had my hair cut at Tony & Guy Bury st Edmund’s by Zoe - my hair had grown very long and thick from a short style and needed a complete overhaul!

I opted for shoulder length hair with an undercut to deal with thickness.

This has been an amazing cut but should have been costing £87 for 45 minutes work!

I intended to maintain the general cut by visiting the salon every 8 weeks but inbetween cuts needed the undercut shaving and tidying up!

I asked if someone could just shave the back of my hair - no wash or finish - 5 minute job and the answer was yes and it will cost you £55!!!!

I’m sure retaining customers is the order of the day and I’m in no way objecting to paying for this but £55 for a small patch of shaving is slightly off the mark …

I went to another hairdresser in Bury who was able to do this task in 4 minutes - cost £10!!!

Very bad experience at Kingston Upon Thames salon.
I was "restricted " , banned from attending their salon only because I dared to complain about the highlights. They were grey instead of blonde and I had shown pictures to the hairstylist.
They never refund me or fix the problem. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights 2015. Additionally I think behind this there is a discrimination. Perhaps they did not like my Italian accent or the fact that I am autistic. They are in breach of equality act 2010.

I really like the Toni&Guy shampoo/ conditioner but have recently found a fault with some of the lids, they were not closing properly, we managed to find one that did and purchased from Boots only to find that it was almost impossible to get the shampoo out, I fortunately was able to swap the lid with an empty bottle so problem solved

Amber is an angel. As soon as I got in to the salon she was so kind and beautiful. She gave me a hot chocolate and then sat down and went through all the ideas that I wanted to have done. Then she gave me the most amazing head massage and treatment I’ve ever had in my life!!! Then I went and started getting it cut. While cutting Amber was chatting to me about so much stuff. The beauty of it all is that she has so much love in her heart and she is the most amazing human being ever. I love Amber so much. And the whole Toni & Guy experience has been one I will never forget. Consider me a regular now!

It was my first time at this salon and I had a really nice experience. Drew gave me a lovely hairwash, beautiful haircut and blowdry! I have very long thick hair so going to the hairdresser is always a source of stress. She really listened to what I wanted and talked me through as she cut my hair. I also really appreciated she was keeping track of time as she knew I was on my lunch break. I would definitely come back and book Drew again. Thank you so much for today!

I went to Toni & Guy in Canary Wharf with three friends before a wedding, and honestly, I left very disappointed. At first, everything seemed promising, the place was nice, we were taken in quickly for our shampoos, and they even offered us a massage, which felt like a good start.
But when it came to the blow-dry, things went downhill. I asked for wavy, curly hair, and the stylist showed me two options. I chose the curlier look, but instead of making it bouncy and glamorous, she straightened my hair first and pulled at it so hard that it actually hurt.
The worst part? Within just one hour of leaving the salon, my hair was completely straight again, not just mine, but all of my friends’ too. We had each paid £60 for this, expecting to look polished and beautiful for a wedding, and it absolutely was not worth it. I felt so let down, especially because this was such an important day for me and my friends.

Omg it was amazing, relaxing and chilling and I was nearly asleep. I detest having my hair cut since one of my sisters cut my hand while cutting my hair off when I was little. It’s not a comfort zone thing. But Sue is amazing and really patient.

Always a pleasure to visit Ian at Harrow Toni and Guy. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. As well as being professional, talented, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Ian is also a kind and caring person. I hope the people in charge of the Harrow store realise how valuable an asset he really is.

"Harish" is classed as senior most stylist there but charged 1000s of rs for an expensive treatment but left half my hair untouched..I paid more than 14,000 rs to get negligible results .

He is treated like the boss there buy cheats customers of time and money .

TONI&GUY KAGGADASAPURA - I went for a Botox treatment and clearly asked to have my hair trimmed only to waist length. Unfortunately, it was cut much shorter, over 10 cm was taken off. The straightening process also felt very rough and uncomfortable.

A week earlier, I had come in for an eyebrow trimming. At that time, I was told the cost would be 8.4k, but on my next visit, I was charged 12k, with the explanation that the offer had ended. It was surprising that the price changed within just a few days.

I find all the staff at Toni & Guy Islington very helpful. But I am particularly impressed by the skill and professionalism of Ermis who cuts my hair. My thick hair with a cow lick and my face shape can be quite a challenge! Yet Ermis always makes me feel so much better when I leave the salon. He takes great care, listening to what I want and using his knowledge and experience to go above and beyond, making me look much better than I otherwise would and bringing out the best in my features.
