Excellent experience, excellent hairdresser in Thomas!
I had cause to leave a very negative comment on this salon 2 years ago as a result of poor management. However, I decided to give them a second chance the other day and glad that I did! Thomas is an excellent hair stylist and washes hair thoroughly too. He is pleasant, engaging and respectful - all that you want in a hairdresser. I shall return but only because of Thomas.

I usually avail hair salon service at Hoodi branch. Special mention to Hair stylist Sabu, very professional and great in suggesting hairstyles that suites the client.
The best hair result I’ve ever had
This was my first time visiting toni & guy Sloane Sq., I had my appointment booked with Leah. Leah is just simply great. She made me feel comfortable and relax. She asked me questions to get to the the bottom of what I really wanted, because I wasn’t 100% sure. She put a lot of care and effort in doing my hair. Although my hair was not done by the closing time (as I didn’t book an early appointment), Leah did not care about the time. I’ve never been happier with my hair. The quality of her work is simply unmatched!
Bad reception and hair stylist
Tried to make an appointment for a hair cut. Told the reception I had shoulder length hair and her response was it’s classed as long hair
And wanting to book me as long hair and charge extra
I then went online and booked myself as I found this ridiculous and she was trying to book me for a blow dry and not a hair cut

Charlotte the receptionist obviously went and told Abi the stylist about the phone call, when I arrived Abi decided to greet me with “your appointment is £93”
Without even checking my hair or the length
I really don’t care for a £10 difference - would have just given it in tips regardless and would have bought hair products
But the attitude was terrible and very unprofessional and no one wants to have a hair cut in this circumstance
Really disappointed with your staff
They are not promoting your business - but losing you clients
You are not winning customers and retaining business with this attitude

Ash in the Birmingham branch did my hair and it was honestly the best experience I could've wanted.
I haven't gone to the hairdressers since covid but with my birthday coming up I wanted to treat myself.
Ash treated me like royalty. He was attentive and solely focused on ensuring I felt good and looked good. I got a hot drink with little biscuits (and tiny marshmallows). I don't know if this is the norm in hairdressers nowadays but these tiny little gestures make all the difference.
I gave him complete freedom to do what he wanted and he chose to go with a long bob and fringe.
Guys, I looked so good lol.
I did receive a link to leave feedback but it's expired now so if there's a way this can get back to Ash, then it would be great!

Toni and Guy is the best hair salon in Wimbledon
The best hair salon in Wimbledon, specially I can recommend Mustafa. He’s the best for haircuts. Extremely professional and very precise when it comes to cut and styling the hair. Every time Mustafa cuts my hair they are still perfect ( in the right shape) after 2-3 months. Salon is very clean, with a good vibe and music. Staff is very friendly and they don’t try to sell thousands of products which very often we don’t need. I highly recommend this place if you need perfect haircut.

Great roots job from Vivienne and she also arranged for one of the stylists (Keisha?) to cut my hair after which I was really happy with. Nice massage chairs in the hair washing area too!
Awful, do not waste your money
On Wednesday last week, I had an appointment at the Norwich salon at 3pm. I was booked in for a full head of highlights, a cut, treatment and style. When I arrived, I clearly explained to Mabel the technician what I wanted. No money piece, blended highlights throughout my hair, a small trim as I recently had my hair cut. Mabel insisted she could get what I wanted through balayage (I had a suspicion this was her preferred style as I have quite long hair and highlights would take much longer). I explained again the outcome I was looking for and Mabel explicitly advised she understands and to trust her. Mabel began doing the back of my hair, then moved to the front. While doing to front, I stated again, I do not want a visible money piece, I would like it to blend throughout my hair.... this was ignored and Mabel done what she wanted on my hair. Resulting in an uneven, categorically awful variation of colours going through my hair with a huge blocky money piece which is the blondest, brightest, cheapest looking hair I've ever seen. Now moving on to the cut, I was handed over to Joe who truthfully doesn't have a very warm tone anyway, I explained to Joe, I wear my hair up all the time, I do not want bangs or a fringe (as he kept pushing this) but I would like a light feathering around my face and half an inch cut from the bottom. I explained I have very curly thick hair so anything short at the front would not work, and stated AGAIN I wear my hair up a majority of the time, I do not have time to style it so the cut needs to be soft and nothing much different to what it is now. When Joe then cut the front, I could hear and feel he had made a mistake and taken a lot of length off, I politely said again, I do not want bangs, I do not want a fringe or much to which Joe replied in an aggressive, loud tone "what do you want me to do about it? What did you expect me to do?" The whole salon went quiet, it was mortifying. I explained myself, I can't have short fronts, due to having my hair up a lot, he did not care. He then continued to aggressively dry my hair, scratching my neck, pulling my hair and blowing all the hair into my face. Prior to this, he asked how I wanted it styled, I asked for a bouncy blow but instead I got an angry, aggressive rough dry then curls put in while yanking at my hair so much my head was getting pulled back with ever strand. Joe repeatedly (again extremely aggressively) kept asking if the colour and cut was ok, I explained it's not what I asked for, and he stated "what do you want me to do about it?". By this point I felt intimidated and just wanted to get out of there. It was an awful experience and my hair now is left in a complete mess. I do not feel comfortable going back to the salon due to the aggressive nature of the stylist Joe. I do not expect to be treated like that anywhere, let alone paying £220 for the privilege.
Best Salon Ever!
I have been found to toni & guy for years now and I always leave so satisfied. The service and the cut is just amazing. Shaun is so welcoming and he makes you feel so comfortable and I love the chats we have. It’s like speaking with your friend haha! He does such an amazing job and I know I can trust him with my hair fully.
