Ordered a brush last Saturday, supposed to be 2 to 4 days delivery , it's now Friday and haven't heard a thing. No updates or anything, wish I had seen these reviews beforehand, total waste of time

I purchased an Evolution saw blade & discovered once it came, it was the wrong size, and this is where my issues started. I tried to reach out to you through the Contact Us page. I completed the form twice, 1 week between sending a request for assistance, but I never got a call or email back. So I decided to email Sales, but even that was ignored. So, where does that leave me? I think up the creek without a paddle sums it up. So please do not waste your pennies, go elsewhere.

They took my money but I have not received the item ordered. This was about 7 weeks ago. The company does not respond at all to my email requests for an update. There is no phone number listed to contact them.
Frankly, I think what they do is likely criminal.

i have never received my item and they refuse to answer any messages i will claim my money back through PayPal

Ordered on 19th of September been chasing until 7th of October? Should’ve been 48 hour delivery contacted company four times, still no goods or proper response, contacted Paypal today for refund avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered on the 18th September, website confirms that all orders placed after 4pm are processed next working day. It's 25th today and I've still had no communication from this company. No dispatch confirmation, no reply to my email , nothing. Am now raising a case with Paypal to get my money back.

Ordered 14/9 and paid for next day delivery. Used contact form 18/9 and asked for delivery date. No response.
Emailed on 24/9. No response apart from the usual automated message. I have just emailed their sales team again (1/10) and asked for a refund. Will I ever get a response?
It's now twenty-nine days since my order and Site Supplies has not replied. I think this is a scam.

Don't respond to emails, still no delivery despite ordering 5 weeks ago. Will have to go through bank to get a refund. Useless!!!

Shockingly unprofessional company. I ordered some Thompson's Water seal and paid with PayPal on 9th September with 3/4 day delivery. Needless to say despite emailing them and getting a response that I would be contacted within 48 hrs nothing happened. Tried again and again automatic response. I will now try and get my money back from PayPal. Don’t buy from this dreadful inefficient company.

Site Supplies have taken payment for a tripod light which was supposed to be delivered express delivery next day, it’s now been 4 days with no correspondence and no delivery details. You cannot contact this company, no reply to emails and no phone number. Will be requesting money back through PayPal. Don’t purchase here, fraudsters.

Don't use this company it's a scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. Ordered 5th September money taken straight away. Delivery promised within 2-4 days. Nothing arrived. Ignored numerous emails . No phone number and nobody based at address shown
on their site.
So it turns out this is not a scam website just a very unprofessional outfit with no particular regard for customer service.
I finally received a response from Sarah at toolpower.co.uk on Wednesday 17th September. She said she would look into my issue the following morning. If course I heard nothing back from her. On Thursday my postman left a card to say they had a package for us but could not deliver it because the sender had not paid the correct postage. Had to go to the depot, 10 mile round-trip, to pay the excess of £5.50 and collect the package. So much for free postage for orders over £70. I have never experienced an online transaction quite like this. No communication, no telephone number and the wrong address on the website. I will not be using this outfit again

To be honest, I wasn't sure if this was all legitimate as the price was so low for what I bought, however, item arrived on time, excellent packaged and in 1st class condition...what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, when i called to ask for help to track the order I got through within 2 rings on the second attempt and was spoken to courteously and helpfully. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Was looking online to find the best price for a Rockler concealed hinge jig & Toolpower’s price was the best. Shipping was fast and standard option was very reasonably priced.
