It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I got terminated without any reason. And the worst part is, I have referred all my housemate to sign up with this app. Three of us got deactivated. The allegation from TopCashback was all three of us same person when we tried to pay out our cashback. After having a lot of conversation with them finally they fixed my account but the cashback amount was gone. They stole the money.

To clarify, our system may flag multiple accounts when they share the same household network, devices, or similar activity patterns. This does not mean we assume members are the same person, but it does trigger a review to ensure all accounts comply with our one-account-per-member policy. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly.
I’m glad to hear your account has been reinstated, but the missing cashback is understandably worrying. Cashback can only be awarded once the retailer confirms it as eligible. If a retailer later reports the transaction as invalid or duplicated, the cashback may be removed — but it should never “disappear” without explanation.

Genuine cashback with streamlined, easy process

Be cautious！ They TERMINATE your account on their own！
After successfully purchasing a phone plan on this website for the first time and having nearly AUD 100 cashback pending, the company unreasonably closed my account! I consider this behavior fraudulent!

Best Cashback Site in Australia
Definitely the best cashback site in Australia. Recently had a cashback that did not track due to a DOA laptop from Lenovo, I got assistance from an amazing rep which promptly sorted out the issue within a couple of days. Just looking at my purchase history alone, it is obvious that majority of my purchases with cashback has been going through them .

I have been using TopCashback for 2 years now (most recent purchase was in Oct 2025) and I am very impressed with the company. I can easily submit a missing cashback if it didn't track and the company also matches other cashback sites with their highest cashback guarantee. On top of all this, I can also message Tightarse on OzBargain website who is the TopCashback representative and he is so quick and responsive in all my enquiries. I have also alerted them to codes listed on the website that are not working and they immediately generate another one if it is business hours. Very impressed with the customer service.
