We bought a heater online the fan is too loud for our work area, asked if we could return it and was told it would not be refunded, we would have been happy to change the heater for a lesser model and credit but NO. Crap service and policy we have never encountered anything like this before when buying online, will be letting whanau and friends know to keep away and will not be buying anything else for our business from these guys in the future. You have been warned be careful if you are buying online and can't view the product.

I was lucky today to receive phone help from Juliet. She had a great phone manner, was fast at finding information with excellent directions for assisting me in deciding on a purchase.
This lady deserves a pay rise or another company will.

Rang on Monday got the call centre,was told someone would ring back on Tuesday never happened.
Tried again today again call centre was put on hold for 2 to 3 minutes
A same really as was ringing up for a farmlands client,not a good look

Good customer service but took a little bit long to respond. "......👩" is requesting some information for me which is very helpful, sorry I'm not sure who I was speaking to as they didn't introduce themselves. Hoping to hear back soon.

Fantastic service! Above and beyond what I expected when visiting this site for an air compressor. Really competitive pricing compared to what I found on trademe and they even matched a lower price found elsewhere and threw in some extras to honor the particular item I saw which was totally unexpected. Will shop again for any air related items I may require in the future.

Ordered a tape from Topmaq 2 weeks ago, it arrived in good time, but doesn't measure from 0, I need to put a nail exactly 242mm from where I'm measuring from to get an accurate measurement on the other end of the tape. Very odd.
I was told this was normal for a longer tape measure, but my Yamayo 50m, 100m, Stanley 50m and Komelon tapes in the past have all started at 0.
I wrote a 3 star review for their tape on their website, while the build quality was better than expected, the measurements meant it was less than suitable, and they still don't advertise the fact, and haven't published my critical review of the product.
It's because of that I can only give them 2 stars, I can't trust a company that picks and chooses the reviews for their products, and tries to offer a refund, less postage, less a restocking fee, for a product that isn't fit for purpose.

If the tape was advertised that it started 242mm after the hook, I wouldn't have purchased it, they debate that this is normal, but in the meantime fail to advertise it as such.

Disappointed. Tried to call the store 25 times over a period of 2 hours...the answering service continuously switched between the branch and "main office" which is the same.I sent an email as suggested on the message and checked for a response a number of times. Finally travelled from the opposite side of the town to find out if the item I ordered had arrived. 4 shop assistant were behind the counter standing around and the phone was ringing continuously. I asked one of them do you not answer the phone? The response: We are too busy and never answer the phone on Saturdays...I voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager who was blase‘ about my concern over spending my Saturday morning driving around town which could have been easily resolved if the "busy” staff would have answered the phone. Poor performance and maybe done by design to lure people into the shop.

Part arrived a week later separate to the other part was wrapped in bubble wrap and a courier bag and was completely broken, sent photo of part and email and have not had any reply.

Great quick service and product as described

The product was just what we needed thanks. It was needing to be replace once due to damage and this was because the packing on the side railing was insufficient and they were damaged in transit. Thank you for the quick replacement. When we received the 2nd replacement product that was also damaged but ok enough to use. I would suggest you look at how it is protected during shipping, particularly when you pay $75 for having it shipped

Delivery quick and product ok but shortchanged on the length the flexible hose was stretched to maximum before cutting ( normal for them ) leaving the useable length 25%short.
