I have to admit I am become hugely disappointed your call it a tracker? It may well be able to find something within 10 meters? If my dog ​​runs away, I know very well the last position - I need to know where it has gone? In advertising it can be put on the bike or car - that can only be used if the bike or car are within 10 meters? In Denmark we have a good idea where we park our vehicles!
Furthermore, there are not many user of ItrackR - and certainly not in the woods or in the field, as my dog ​​likes to run to!

Still Rubbish! STILL A SCAM!!
Bought three TrackR devices 6 months ago and they simply only work around the house and only then for a very short time. Battery life claimed for up to a year but all three of mine failed after 6 weeks, replaced the batteries with Philips made batteries and these lasted just over a month. First of all what is the point of a key or wallet finder if the batteries have to be changed every other week? complete waste of money. with regard to finding or locating items away from home then again they don't work, there is not nearly enough other users and then they have to have their systems on and frankly it does simply not happen. The idea may be good but their units do NOT work, save your money and avoid frustration. TrackR don't work! PS: anyone want three for free but with flat batteries simply send a postage paid envelope to 86/KT9 2DP

recently had a reply from them [09-02-17] "The batteries are estimated to last between 4-12 months depending on the usage." frankly even that is not good enough! mine only seem to last a few weeks before the software reports low battery. who wants a key finder or item locator whose battery by their estimate only lasts 4 months (does not even do that, three weeks at best)? depending on usage whats that? if you keep everything together in one room is that low usage and will the batteries then last a year, seems a bit pointless?
save your money and the planet [battery consumption] don't bother with this useless item! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Jeg troede også på deres markedsføring om at dette var GPS, men det var ikke andet end hvad TileApp gør. Men om det så var det, så troede jeg, at de virkede mindst lige så godt. DET GØR DE IKKE. Jeg købte dem fordi at jeg kunne skkfte batteri i dem i stedet for som TileApp, hvor jeg hvert år skal købe nye devices altså cirka 10 gange dyrere end at skifte batteri.

Men Trackr virker slet ikke så godt som TileApp.

Jeg købte 3 til 2 pris kom efter ca 10 dage fint nok men men de virkede ikke kunne ikke registrere dem på tlf så spar jers penge og lad vær med at købe dem .

Kan ikke bruges
til noget. Den kan først finde min bil, når jeg sidder i den!!

I ordered 10 of them as Christmas present. They arrived on time, working fine.
Only problem it looks like I am the only one in south Dublin who has TrackR product.

Set up two of them both were sitting in a motorbike on two different very busy place. Turned off BT to make sure won't receive any update over my phone. I did not capture location feedback from any other user during a 38 days long period from two busy location.

Also problem with customer support. When I tried to apply for 30 day money back grantee, no reply at all(only automatic reply with ticket nr). Email was sent on 3rd of January, today is 21st of January.

Conclusion:
- Product is working.
- No users at all for crowd GPS.
- No customer service.
- Website and app suggest false information, as there are tones of users. (that scam is the reason why I want to send it back)
- Spam my email address.

I bought three bravos from Trackr for their offer price of $68.99, and was charged that an an additoional $100 on my credit card a month later. Only one squeaked, I sent the other two back and have not had a refund. Even the squeaking one shows no sign of being picked up by crowd GPS. Complete rubbish, from these crooks

Nie wieder. das schlimmste ist das man mit Werbemails von denen bombardiert wird, es aber nicht abstellt, weil man hofft es ist noch etwas wichtiges über den verbleib der Teile dabei. Sch... Firma

Selve produktet er også en gang fis.
Det giver indtrykket af en gps tracker.. Track din bil på din smartphone..
Det er bluetooth med en rækkevidde på 3 til 10 meter!!
Intet sted står der hvor latterlig rækkevidde den har..

I got so excited that finally there was a product that could find my keys! In November I bought 25 of these to give as gifts and kept 10 for myself. On Christmas we programmed all of ours that we could as about half the batteries were dead upon arrival. Now it is less than a month later and NONE of them work at all. I ordered additional batteries (Amazon is by far cheaper than theTrackR.com) and when they get here I'll reload all of them and try to salvage my investment. But the wind is definitely out of my sails on this one. Great idea....very poor execution. There is only one chance to make a first impression.

Am 08.12.2016 habe ich 6 Stück bestellt, und bis heute 13.01.2017 ist nichts bei mir angekommen. Über den Support bekommt man immer die gleiche Ausrede.Kann ich wohl abschreiben.FINGER WEG!!!!!!!!!

They have charged my credit card - and i have never received my products. I will file a report to VISA and have them refund my money.

Bestilte et 'tilbud' med 3 track'ere for 2's pris. Har aldrig modtaget andet end en pæn stak mails fra firmaet - med opfodring til at bedømme produktet, om nye smarte ting, det kan osv. osv. En enkelt gang lykkedes det mig at få en mail igennem til dem. De undskyldte sig med, at produktet var så stor en succes, at det kneb lidt med leverancerne... Det tør svagt antydes. Det eneste, de er dygtige til, er at hæve folks penge ret omgående. LAD VÆR at købe noget her!

Ordred 10 TrackR recived them aften a while, but Them charged me 131 $ extra. I have send the, all dokumentation but they deny to pay me back.
Now i have made a report to the Danish departement for global cybercrime. DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDITCARD INFORMATION.

This is a scam company! Do not order!

Ikke et firma jeg vil anbefale meget dårlig service !! lang leveringstid! efter ca. 2 mdr. skrev jeg til dem at at jeg ville have mine penge retur da de ikke var afsendt endnu. Derefter skrev de at de ville sende dem nu ! selv om at jeg havde skrevet om at jeg ville have min penge retur.
Kvaliteten på Trackr bravo er heller ikke tilfredsstillende! bluetooth rækkeviden er kun få meter så de er sgu ikke særlig an-venlige :-(
alså penge lige ud af vinduet desværre !!

Short terms:

- Ordered 8 products.

- Took so long for shipping (over 3 weeks), so I asked them to cancel my order. Never got an answer.

- Suddenly after 4 weeks, a shipping mail popped up, even though I told them to cancel serveral times.

- I keep asking them to return my money because I never received them. No answer....

Worst.. service... ever..
