Zero customer service and joke warranties
Zero customer service, literally took 2 hours to get a call back and don't bother with the extra warranty on items it's a joke too! Bought a pump less then years ago and it quit so the "2 year free replacement warranty" I purchased doesn't even replace the pump! The separate company sends a egift card which doesn't even work, for the original cost which doesn't include inflation so now I'm waiting on a paper check to put towards the new purchase upon which I have to add $40 to get the darn thing. All a joke! Avoid tractor supply and their joke warranties they sell!

There’s a very good reason why there are so many one star reviews. The customer service is atrocious. I placed an order through their pharmacy. I received an email that the item was backordered and received a phone number to call to cancel the order. I canceled the order, but the order is caught in some internal loop so the charge for the item keeps reappearing on my credit card. I have called four times, waiting for a rep for over an hour each time, and still haven’t gotten this resolved. It’s a simple cancellation and they can’t get it resolved. Ridiculous. I will never order anything from them again.

I paid extra for 2 year warranty on a battery tester. Bought on line. It died after 5 months. Now on hold for over 35 minutes waiting to talk to a customer rep. This is totally unacceptable. In store experience is always good. Online sucks
I’d give it zero stars for the tractor…
I’d give it zero stars for the tractor supply website if I could. I purchased an 800. Snowblower that broke before I could use it. It took forever for them to come pick it up. Now because someone named Beth Johnson didn’t do her job, I’m still paying for it on my TSC credit card. Is this even legal? I’m trying to order other things now for my chickens and my card is maxed out. Because they didn’t do the full refund as they promised me on January 1st 2026 when I called in my return. Listen don’t order anything big online because it’s been a nightmare.

I'd give it less if I could. Currently waiting on CS hold..it's been almost an hour. Online order not delivered and was told by driver it would be returned. Have yet to see a credit on my card, online info is incomplete, store won't help me. First and last time buying anything from TSC. This ain't over. I will be credited if we must take it all the way.
Propane heater
I was looking for a certain product and it was easy to find. It was the correct price that was advertised and the checkout process was seamless. The product worked as advertised.
Worst Customer Service…
The must have only one Customer Service rep for the entire country because every time you call the wait time is outrageous- if you request a call back - good luck... they never call back. Their online system and app have to be the worst I've ever experienced. If I could give them a negative rating ...I would.
Online inventory very poor
Ordered online for a generator, that showed two online at my store, for store pick up. Proceeded with purchase and all was well for 24 hrs. The next day received text and email that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I was told to call customer support.
I did this and requested a call back as the wait time was long. I was successful in getting a call back after my 3rd attempt. The agent was very good and courteous. He advised that the item was out of stock and could not advise the problem with the website. He searched and no store in m y metro area had that model. He stated he could order for delivery but I would not receive until the following week. I declined as it was a pressing need. I looked elsewhere.
I will continue to shop TSC but will not purchase larger items at anytime from online. I will burn my fuel and go lay hands on the item. If they have it i may purchase. I will not trust TSC online inventory again.

I'd guess that purchasing items in their stores may be fine - BUT ordering online - beware - beware. Their website is Jinky - and Calling the company - twice within 3 days - They told me they had the jeans I wanted - the 2nd time - the rep called the specific store - and then they cancelled the Sale - because they Didn't Have - what they said that they had. Initially I got what I hadn't intended to order- and it came - with No bag or Box - Don't know what the delivery guy would have done IF I wasn't home. The 2nd time - they cancelled my order - the next day - "don't have the jeans" - 3rd time - see above - Avoid ordering from them - buy only in their stores!!!

Medium size Harvest right frezze dryer
I spoke to a representative from Harvest Frezze Right. To my surprise someone actually answered, and spoke plane English. He was very helpful in pointing me to the right direction in getting started. I ordered my fist machine. It was delivered promptly. I now enjoy using it more then a few times a week. Thank you Harvest Right. I love my Frezze Dryer and i love that if i have any questions you all are just a message / phonecall/ email away. And respond quickly. This makes it worth while.

it took me awhile to leave this review but i have always loved my local Tractor Supply ..im there every week..but i was there on a day that a huge snow storm was coming and was looking to buy a snow scraper and brush and they didn't have any . an employee named Nathan was there and helping me. He immediately went out to his truck and brought me his old one because he had just bought a new one. He insisted that I take it!! I will never forget that act of kindness and selflessness!
fix your interent
for godsakes get your website fixed , do you even have a clue on how much business you are losing, I would rather watch paint dry than watch your website try and download anything. Im not the only one either
Disappointing feed
We are a goat ranch here in Florida. We have been buying Producers Pride sweet feed for the last 10 years. It has steadily gone down in quality because all there is peanut hauls that goes to lumps of molasses-covered dust. We are considering on buying at another store.
NO flexibility on return policy for people who shop early for Xmas..
I shopped earning for Christmas. I bought Carhart Clothing for my son. I purchased regular sizes, but he needed tall. Because it was beyond their 30-day policy, they refuse to exchange the items even though they are still in original plastic bags unopened and with all the tags. $200.00 of merchandise they refused to take back, exchange or give me a store credit. Very bad customer service. Not seasonal clothing. They sell the same Carhart items year-round.

I will never again order from tractor supply and I urge you not to as well. I go to the store regularly but I just recently placed an online order on December 10th due to my car being out of commission. My order was meant to arrive in two days but never did. I waited patiently but it never came and after looking at my account I found they couldn’t find the order, it originally couldn’t be tracked but changed to the order missing entirely. So I contacted them which consisted of waiting for hours and having no resolution. I was told they nor the pharmacy could do anything about it. Obviously the customer service representatives are only allowed to do certain things that benefit the company and their website allows very little as well. The charge is now stuck in a pre-authorization loop as told to me by my bank and the only one who can fix it is tractor supply themselves. Unfortunately, I cannot get in contact with them. I am a recently single mom with a 9 month old trying to tend to her and our animals while juggling being on hold for over an hour. I finally caved and put myself as a callback but have yet to receive that call. This whole situation is beyond stressful and their refusal to correct their mistake is unacceptable and the sad thing is I’m not the only one facing this same issue.

Been loyal to TSC for the last 18 years, but now when my local TS store follows the Corporate initiative of moving everything around every 30 days where I have to hunt for what I want, then Brand X ( Atwoods )is now getting my buisness.......Doesn't " Feel like Home " when everything has been re arraigned to try to make me spend more money there......I want to walk in, know where it's at, get what I need, then leave, get back to work.........You've lost me and hundreds more and I plan to light my social media up with complaints on your new buisness plan .....
First time trying TS for pet prescription.
First time trying TS for pet prescription - Iverheart Max heartworm tablets. Ordered 12/3/25; sometime later I got a notice it was backordered; on 1/5/26 I got a notice that my order had been cancelled because they still do not have the product in stock. It still shows as in stock on their website and on the website of Allivet, the pharmacy that supplies Tractor Supply. Every other online pharmacy has it in stock. I believe my order was cancelled because I used coupons and discounts that saved me about $40.
The Website is utter buffoonery!
Trying to place online order to pickup at my local store. The app was trying to place the order at a store in OHIO. This was for chicken food, and the pickup would have been hundreds of miles away! So I cancelled the items, but it kept the $20 of rewards I had applied to the order. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. It is sheer idiocy. I don't know if the owner's family member is their programmer, but it's amazing to me that for the size of their business, they just can't seem to run a competent website. I am not using the Citi Card to earn rewards that the company then just takes away. Reading the other reviews tells me that the company just sucks and management doesn't care. I will reward them with none of my future business.
