Above & Beyond Service – Highly Recommend Tradelink!
I had such a great experience with Tradelink Hornsby. I accidentally ordered the wrong item online, and instead of leaving me to sort it out, they actually called me to discuss it and arranged a refund straight away — such proactive and helpful service.
My order arrived quickly, and the whole pick-up process was seamless. I received a text message as soon as it was ready for collection, which made everything really easy and efficient.
On top of that, their range of stock is excellent — plenty of options to choose from.
Genuinely impressed with the customer service and overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I was disappointed that I had to chase up.my own order. They didn't have the items I ordered but contact was not good. They say they were trying to contact me but I had not received any word.

Simple to find what I needed on website.
Only fault was there was no click & collect that my family member could see. Item was shipped from another store promptly, great service & friendly accounts lady who organised the credit for delivery freight.

Very Easy
It easy to find product online and pay for it and have it delivered ready for pick up to my local store. When picking it up, my order was found quickly and paperwork checked.
Unfortunately the product didn't fit the job and so I returned it for a full refund. No problem there either.

Poor experience
Made an online order to collect from local store. 2 weeks after ordering I had to chase it up, item not in stock. Product sent from another store interstate took another 2 weeks to arrive, 4 weeks in total. My order should have been sent from the interstate store within a day or 2 of me placing the order and I should have been notified of the potential delay. Could only get 2 of the 3 taps that I ordered. Got the 3rd one from store on the other side of the country and it was delivered to me in one week. This other store was cheaper too, wish I had have used them in the first place.
