Not good experience when ordering from…
Not good experience when ordering from Trade link Osborne Park branch then pick up to wangara warehouse but my order did not enter to the system by giving me the wrong pick-up number. It's only a small amount of item but it fells like their error is a costumer's faults. Need to call them back to reorder again and making sure they put in their system which is time consuming.

The online experience was disorganised. At one stage during the order, it stated delivery would be free. At checkout it said delivery was $45, which I refused to pay, so I selected click and collect.
I did not receive a receipt for the purchase, the only proof I had was the details from PayPal in an email. Nor did I receive a confirmation email regarding a date for collection from the store. How bad was that!
I waited 3 days then went to the Erina store. The staff had no notification of the order. They were able to find it and offered to deliver to my home no charge when it arrived.
Thank goodness the staff in the store at Erina were lovely.
My advice don’t purchase online from Tradelink. No one knows what is happening and they don’t issue official receipts of purchase.
It was a dog’s breakfast!

online catalogue did not have all versions of the laundry spout I was buying resulting in me buying a shorter one than required as there was no other sizes listed & then on finding out another size was available had to reorder it & then exchange it in store.
The wait time for both delivery's to store was fairly long with no information being available on expected courier delivery date.

Online kitchen sink order hassle free
Ordered a kitchen sink online. Found what I wanted quickly, ordering was simple and paid without issue. 5 days later I received an email to advise that the sink had come in and was ready for collection. My husband picked up order on my behalf and very happy with the product value and quality. Great experience and would recommend.
