Hi went into Tradelink this morning the20/5.
To purchase 2 bags of concrete mix, very surprised to see how much they have gone up in price. I paid $35.38 for the 2 bags. I phoned up and was told that was that price, I replied we got other prices after our purches.
Other prices were from $8/50 to $9.00 a bag.
I was told that priced concrete is inferior concrete.
Shame on you Tradelink and i was account customer.

Never received it for 3 x weeks
Never received it for 3 x weeks. When I rang they said it had just arrived in shop. Was not told it was not in stock and I had to wait. Then was told it would be delivered the day after I rang so I stayed home for whole day waiting for it. It didn’t arrive so rang the store the following day again and was told the staff put it on the shelf to be picked up.

Nothing about this purchase was good. Purchased from Tradelink online, took a very long time when it said available online. Then it was wrong size toilet seat, didn’t even open the box and they said we couldn’t refund. Terrible service will never use again and will never recommend

Exceptional customer service
I was very impressed with the customer service. Both over the phone with canningvale and bibra lake store and in store at bibra lake.
