First time buying a complete booth setup. We normally use a combination of show furnished plus our fabric backdrop. Very happy with the TSB products and super competent graphics department. For us, the benefit is not just saving a few dollars, this purchase gives us control of our booth. No more worry about being ready, we are in control.

Trade Show Booth was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of creating a trade show booth for my client, a home remodeler in a major market. They worked with me through multiple design options and were patient as we refined the booth to make sure it fit the client’s brand and event needs.

Even though I was late getting final approvals, the product still arrived on time, which I really appreciated. The physical booth turned out beautifully, and the client loved the final product.

Since purchasing the unit, we have used it at three different shows, and we receive compliments on it every time we attend an event. The quality, design support, and overall experience were excellent. I would absolutely recommend Trade Show Booth to anyone who needs a professional display that looks great in person.

I worked with Luke on the design, and I basically came up with a design on my own. At every turn, I felt like it was pushed back to me, saying that I needed to provide him all the materials and ideas. It was a waste of money and I could’ve done a better job on Canva. In reality, I would like my money back for the design because his assistance was completely lacking.

Super fast, very helpful and communicative. Our request was too tight a turnaround for the date needed, and staff reached out with a solution. Booth arrived EARLY and looked fantastic.

Follow up from the team and quick turnaround production!

I had planned to use another online resource, however, their support and communication was terrible. I'd shared the exact deadline weeks in advance of which they still were going to miss... TradeShowBooth saved the day. I called, spoke to an actual employee, got a direct line and email, was connected to a designer (got a number & email for them as well), hammered out the design in 24 hours, and received the booth and podium ahead of schedule. The entire transaction from engagement to delivery was a week - awesome!!! HIGHLY recommend trying them out, especially if you'
re in a pinch!

The design and everything looked great, but the actual booth was the hardest thing to put together. And, when we did get it put together it was wobbly and unstable. We didn’t even put the TV on it because we weren’t confident it would stay up. The quality of the booth backdrop just was not good and the ease of set up was awful. We are throwing this away as soon as we get home. We watched other vendors just pop a booth kit out and set up in minutes as we struggled with this for over an hour. Don’t buy this one.
