Changed Our Mornings
I was optimistic yet skeptical about these cards, but they have ended up being a big help in our house! The big feelings cards really help calm our toddler down at times when nothing else seems to help, and the morning reset routine works some crazy magic to get us out of the house all in a good mood together!

I love these cards! I work as a clinician with autistic children. These cards make coping skills far more accessible to young kids. I am so excited to use these with my clients! I recommend getting the digital copy and printing it out. I laminated them and they work great!

Terrible Service
I ordered the digital product by accident, I wanted a refund so I could purchase the physical cards instead. I was immediately told I needed to try the product for 14 days before a refund could be issued.
After the 14 days I tried again, but I was told again I need to wait 14 days for a refund. I see now they never intended to give me a refund in the first place.
All the customer service agents did was give me a run around while trying to push me to buy more products from them.
This was one of the worst interactions I have had with customer service, something so simple as issuing a refund in good faith has turned into a 20+ day ordeal with me having no other choice but to dispute the charge through my bank.
Be sure if you are going to purchase anything from this group that you absolutely want it, because they most certainly won't give you your money back.

Do not buy the cards
Do not buy the cards. They automatically subscribe you to a monthly billing service for $29 dollars a month. They do not make this obvious and if you are not savvy it is not easy to cancel. Very sneaky and I would question how ethical they are with the data they collect from you!

To clarify: we do not automatically subscribe anyone. Any $29/month option is completely optional, and anyone can simply decline it — nothing should start unless it’s actively selected/confirmed.
That said, we absolutely want to help you get this sorted fast. If you can email us a screenshot of the $29 charge (you can blur sensitive info) and the merchant name shown on your bank statement, we’ll confirm exactly where it came from and help you cancel/stop it immediately if it’s connected.
We take ethics and data privacy seriously, and we’re happy to look into your specific case and make sure you’re taken care of.

I have sent them multiple emails with zero response. It doesn’t feel legitimate. I paid for both the digital and physical cards versions and held off on providing my home address for the physical cards as I wanted a refund - after all this time (purchased 6 weeks ago) still no response, so today I provided my address to see if anything happens. So disappointing. I will go through Amex to handle this.

I ordered the Big Feelings card deck for $29.95. It did not indicate it was a digital deck until after I plugged in my credit card info. Only then did they indicate I could purchase an actual card deck for $49.95. Of course, I wasn’t going to pay that ridiculous amount of money for a card deck. I never hit submit, yet I was charged $29.95 for a digital deck. Surprise, surprise, I never received a link to download the deck digitally. I emailed them twice and called twice. No response. STAY AWAY from this company. It’s a scam!

Children's good Adults not
The children's deck of cards are great. The parents deck of cards could be good if it wasn't false advertising. You are not given what is advertised. I've been more than reasonable in waiting for this to be rectified. I've been waiting several months. Initially it was delt with well now I'm just getting ignored and still don't have what I paid for. When this deck is sold as advertised to be as good as the children's deck it needs to be like the app for that.

The big feelings deck
I was struggling with my autistic child with his meltdowns not knowing how to prevent them from happening. My brother saw trailies advertised and told me to take a look. I’m so glad he did. They are fantastic and it has taken a long time with me saying shall we do a feeling card so he new what they were but for a couple of nights now right before bed he wants to one of the cards of how he is feeling. Now that is progress he is understanding the way he feels.
I also know I have a long way to go as well.
If you have a child that struggles to cope with these big emotions then give Trailies big feeling deck ago.

I’m a great grandmother, I guess I didn’t know that I wasn’t going to get actual cards. I don’t have a working printer, so for me, it’s a mistake. Great idea, but I can’t afford to go further. I appreciate the help it could have given my great grand children.

I have recently purchased the digital deck and posters and I am so happy I did!
I am so happy that I chose Trailies. I used it the same day of purchase too. My little girls responded so well and in under 3 mins they were laughing and happy again having forgotten all about why they were having a meltdown.
I used them again last night at bedtime when my eldest got upset. She likes to choose her own card and we do the activities together. So far so good. I would highly recommend. 😁

Ok so , To start I need to say that I have had good customer service
The product and reviews are in two parts
Firstly the digital component , which is the one you get for the advertised price .
I find that useless and counterproductive if you are trying to reduce screen time for disregulated child who may be experiencing challenges with and regulating his “ Big Emotions” that this product is designed to assist with .
We haven’t used the digital content it’s difficult to access just at the times when you need them
However , the actual physical cards, well a different story
Whilst I definitely think they should be included , even if the cost was slightly more , they are a MUST have !!!
The physical cards are truly great !!!
They come in a box and the pictures of the little monsters are engaging
The activities are easy and fun and doing them together helps both child and parent/caregiver to calm down and de stress from what can be challenging times . It can turn into a fun game instead of a battle and diffuses the situation
My son loves them, he actively asks for them now , we keep them on his bed side table and he recognises when he thinks we’re going to need them
“ Melt like a marshmallow” is his current favourite along with “cooling the volcano”
They have really helped with his , probably typical 4/5 yr old , bedtime silliness and misbehaving which was getting out of hand resulting in everyone being stressed and raised voices .!
Please if you are experiencing occasional meltdowns or what’s considered to be bad behaviour but us actually usually just emotion or sensory overload , consider getting these cards
I urge you to email the company suggesting they include them as standard because without them it’s a waste of money and I think the people here who have left bad reviews are as a result of the digital content not the actual cards and it would be great to see more parents benefitting from the results
