Has had a big impact on my child
Originally started off with the big feelings deck. My child's big emotions had been getting harder to manage and I really felt like I was failing him as a parent! Didn't want him to grow up to be an angry adult! Showed him the cards when they came. He seemed a bit interested in them. Wasn't long till we had a big emotion and I said let's try one of your new cards. Well he did. He did an amazing job of regulating his emotions. We take these cards everywhere. I got the physical deck. I am worried that now we are so reliant on them that I may have to rebuy them when we inevitably loose them (I guess with the digital version you can print them off as many times as you like)
Few weeks later I got the pdf in how to get your child to listen the first time. It's been 3 days and he has been doing much better at listening!!! 🤞Hope it sticks.

The digital version is a joke
The digital version is a joke. Cards are all together on a pdf page and requires a login every time to access. Is impossible to use on the phone. I tried to get a refund, but after 3 messages to the company, I still have no refund. Bad business model and poor executed product. Should have been an app that I could use to flip through the cards, not some useless pdf.

Super happy I purchased them
My 5 year old autistic son loves the Big Feelings cards. Its have been using them for few days and i have seen an instant change. He enjoys looking through the deck and picking out a card for the way he is feeling. We do them together and its a game for him. He calms down almost instantly when I ask him to pick a card. His school will be purchasing a deck to help him in school. I'm so glad a bought them.

What is the cost of shame?
After deliberating carefully on whether to try the big feelings deck or not, I decided I'd try it. I've gone through several checkout screens that have actively tried to shame and guilt me into buying various upsells that I've aborted the checkout entirely. I've already got emails chasing me to complete the transaction. This is offensive, and it's a very hypocritical approach taken by a company that alleges it's trying to help parents avoid the shame and guilt of their children's meltdowns.

PDF very ineffective
PDF very ineffective - too hard to use with my children tried for 14 days as advised and have been frustratingly told twice since the 14 day period to keep trying to use the ineffective product even though the website states if unsatisfied they will refund...... I believed when I purchased the product that it would be an app easy to access and use but it it so far from the truth it's not funny.

Terrible experiences/products
The digital pack is a hard to use PDF. They did make a web based app that is slightly easier, but I also ordered some s stories that were never sent. I was sent the wrong product and had to send several emails back and forth to get the problem resolved. Customer service was nice but frustratingly ineffective. They kept asking me to recheck to see if I got it. Can’t they see I didn’t get it? Also inside the physical deck that never arrived 2 months ago and they were kind enough to send a replacement deck for the one lost in the mail, but they forgot to actually mail it something so when I inquired again they mailed it and sent tracking and now it’s stuck somewhere without adequate postage or something according to the tracking. So in short, I bought three products and each either the product of the experience has been inadequate. I do not recommend the product or the company.
Updated: customer service had been good about replying to each of my messages and the replacement shipment did get lost or stopped in shipment again. Customer service apologized and commented that this was unusual. They expressed care and did refund the purchase. Changing review to 3 stars because they did do the right thing and the newer web app helps with some of the issues of the pdf copies.

Ordered digital and physical pack
Ordered digital and physical pack - digital pack should have come within 5 minutes and didn’t - sent chasing emails and had it by the end of the day. Hoping the pack will help!
Update - pack has helped give us some tools to help with the big emotions. The customer service has been excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending these to a good friend.
