We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and for any frustration this has caused. After reviewing your order, we can see that you purchased both a digital and a printed product. We did send you the digital product multiple times, every time you requested. As for the physical version, we were waiting for your full shipping address so we could deliver the printed deck. We have stated that in our conversations multiple times as well.
We understand there was a misunderstanding here, however, we've clarified it quite a few times and your review still mentions the same details. This is disheartening, especially since you refused to share your shipping address after we shared this information. In spite of this, we’re again sorry if anything we did caused any confusion.
Regarding the refund, we’ve carefully checked our conversation history and couldn’t find any instance where we promised a refund outright. What we did mention was our guarantee — if you used the product for 14 days and found it unsatisfactory, we would issue a refund. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any feedback from you after that to proceed with the guarantee.
We know this wasn’t the smooth experience you were hoping for, and we regret that. Our aim is always to help customers get the most from their purchase, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns so we can keep improving.

Introduce a few at a time
We have introduced the cards to my 7 yo granddaughter a few at a time. We go over the different skills. When a big feeling surfaces, we see which one or ones will work. We, also, see her stop and employ techniques without our saying anything.

I can’t stop raving about these cards. My son actually chose the ‘quiet corner’ card instead of yelling today. The sensory cards are brilliant—he squeezed the ‘squishy star’ card until he calmed down. Even our therapist approves. Seriously, this is parenting gold!

Okay, I’m obsessed. My daughter picked a ‘happy hands’ sensory card instead of throwing her toys—huge mom win! Hubby tried the ‘pause and smile’ card while stuck in traffic, and it worked. Who knew cardboard could save our sanity? LOVE this deck!

I bought the Big Feelings Card Deck. It is a really great tool, that even us adults love using. We are all blowing imaginery bubbles and breathing like dragons now :)
Also, the customer service is amazing. I made a mistake when I initally ordered, I reached out and within one hour the issue was solved. Friendly and efficient.

Parent regulation cards
We have been using the parent cards for teaching self regulation to parents in our Occupational Therapy private practice. We have found them an invaluable resource for parents who are needing help regulating their child.
They are so easy to use and the explanation on the back is great.
