Absolutely brilliant service. Paul was very responsive to my stress head questions being very prompt to either reply or call me. We felt very supported throughout. Paul and Ian arrived promptly in the uk to collect everything, very organised, nothing too much trouble. We were given a months free storage in Spain which was great as we couldn’t get over until End of March. Delivery by Steve and Andy was faultless, and again nothing too much trouble. The whole team have a can do approach that automatically gives you confidence. I don’t give recommendations lightly but this company definitely are a five star ⭐ service. Thank you for making a stressful event so easy!

Paul and his team were amazing. From the initial enquiry Paul was so helpful at a very tricky time for us, completed all the paperwork and helped me get everything sorted. They were organised and efficient even when things were going wrong and we had the worst weather Spain had for years. Nothing fased them and I would thoroughly recommend them.

The one month of free storage in Spain was an absolute lifesaver, as we weren’t quite ready for everything to be delivered when we first arrived. We recently used Paul of Transcone for our move from England to Spain, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they went above and beyond every expectation.

The team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our move stress-free. Communication was flawless – we were kept updated every step of the way, and every question we had (and there were many!) was answered promptly and kindly.

On moving day, the crew arrived right on time at our storage unit and despite giving Paul the wrong code and our items increased by 6 cubic metres, Paul find the solution and handled everything with incredible care, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. They packed everything securely, managed all the logistics, and even helped us settle in when we arrived in Spain. Not a single item was damaged or misplaced – quite an achievement for such a long-distance move! We are still waiting on our forever home,and Paul kindly offered a storage solution that suited all.

Amazing service that made the whole shipping process so easy. Paul and his team took details and completed all the customs paperwork for us, collected our furniture and boxes and the next we saw them was when it was all carefully delivered at the other end.

I emailed for a few quotes before Paul @ Transcone Shipping rang me back immediately & asked vital questions about the items. He was really professional (& obviously Northern which reassured me). He responded to all my queries very quickly & provided answers. Even when we had to let him know that we weren't going to be available at the collection - it wasn't a problem & our friend & Ian (the driver) sorted it all out on our behalf. Delivery was to a storage unit in the pouring rain & apart from the weather it went very smoothly and all belongings were safely delivered (as far as we're aware). Brilliant service & would use Transcome & the Team again without hesitation.

I just moved from Ireland to Valencia and Paul and Steve were fantastic to deal with. I was not at either location during collection and delivery but they worked around that for me. Additionally they delivered our contents on a Sunday afternoon which really saved us as we have 2 young children and we needed access to a lot of their stuff.
