It was an seamless submission process
It was an seamless submission process. The turn around time was ok on my first submission and excellent on my next 2 submissions. Overall a good experience. The main drawback is that it is pretty expensive and you do not have a monthly subscription service that we can sign up for so I can't predict my costs accurately

Awesome experience
Awesome experience. This is the first time I've used a transcription service. The process was so intuitive that literally within seconds, I was done and waiting for the email notification that the file was ready. It was 100% accurate and delivered in a fraction of the estimated time. Big smile. I'll be back.

Transcription Puppy: excellent service
Transcription Puppy took a complicated legal discussion from an audio file and transcribed it accurately, delivering it much sooner than I expected, which was very helpful for me, because I was up against a deadline. Their fee was extremely reasonable, and I congratulate them on their excellent, intuitive interface.
