Great turn around
Great turn around. Pretty good transcription of a free flowing interview. A few things the transcriber might have caught, e.g. it is a polka dance...not poker dance, but nothing I cannot fix. Also the name of the interviewee got changed from Teresa to Theresa part way through but no problem. I will use again if the need arises.

A lot of corrections
A lot of corrections. Also, if you've ever gone to typing school, all typists know, there are two spaces after a period in a sentence. The only time, there's one space is if pagination is full justification alignment, which is rare. This job was left alignment, requiring two spaces. Because we noticed the errors upfront, we had to listen to the whole audio from beginning to end, and proofread word for word to ensure everything was caught. No spot checking. So, basically, we paid for work that had to be redone. We give three stars for the pricing and the ability to work with FTR files. Prices are good, but still a waste of money if the transcription isn't accurate or close to it.

Quick turnaround but...
My document was transcribed in less than 12 hours overnight. The accuracy is very good despite my having a deep and low volume voice.
I used this service because my personal transcriptionist was not available. Edits required were a few more as compared to my personal transcriptionist who knows me well.
I wish I could have them use my document template as cutting and pasting from the document I receive is pretty time consuming.
