Travelandtickets Avis

This was my first using the company.
Had a good experience. Urwa was very polite and respectful. Helped me to sort my flight

From initial enquiry to the completion of our travel, Abraham Khalel has maintained excellent communication and delivered a well-coordinated itinerary. His responsiveness, organisation, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. Will definitely recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by ABRAHAM KHALEL. From the initial enquiry to the end of my trip in 2024 everything was handled efficiently and professionally. He listened to my preferences, offered great advice, and ensured all bookings were seamless. His communication was clear and prompt, which gave me complete confidence. Ever since , i only book with them ( trips and holidays company ) I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to family and friends.”

Abraham was very helpful and patient very polite and dealt with our request with ease
Very impressed
Thank you

Travelandtickets is a scam! I paid a £100 deposit for a direct flight, clearly agreed at the time of booking. Without my knowledge or consent, they changed the booking to a layover flight with a different airline and amount. I only discovered this when I attempted to complete payment.

I did not cancel the booking, yet they are now refusing to promptly refund my money and attempting to deflect responsibility. This is a clear case of fraud and breach of agreement.

To make matters worse, this company operates under multiple business names, which should immediately raise red flags for anyone considering using them.

I am currently pursuing this matter formally with my solicitor. I am posting this review to warn others not to fall victim to the same deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs. If zero stars were an option, I would give it without hesitation, as this company does not deserve even one star.

That's giving them too much! Please stay away from this company; it's a scam. Thieves!

Criminal ring travelandtickets who will never allow you to pay for the flight that you believed that you made a deposit. This company is the lowest and I hope that no one fall for their fake reviews that friends and family writes for them. I paid my £250 deposit but when i contacted the agent Urwa Hafeez to make the final payment, she gave me a price for £1800. Stay away from this criminal site that prey on volunerable people

I was disappointed that I lost a fare that compared well with others because I was 1/2 hour late in responding to the offered fare deal.
Travel Consultant Noor explained why. She tried her best to help, spending time searching for the cheapest fare. Nevertheless, I ended up paying £300 more for the trip than originally quoted.

I have had an epic and wonderful flawless time from the very start.I was served by Noor who showed worked and walked with me throughout the entire process until I received my E-tickets.
Booking a flight ticket has never been as easy as he made it.
I would definitely recommend and come again for my future tickets.
Thank you Noor for the smooth process.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Mr Abraham.

Stay away from this company, took deposits for flights then tell you flights are not available and try and sell you more expensive flights. Very shady payment structure into different named account.also keep deposits.scammers

Sarah has patiently to navigate the path introduced when travelling to Kenya. Co-oedinated with high commission officials on my behalf until my journey is now sorted. Will refer to her again and to travelling friends.
Week starting 15 Dec 2025.

Mr Shayan was very helpful and got me a good price overall, he is also very pleasant to deal with.

THIS IS A 5-STAR SCAM COMPANY !!!! Do not book with them; the 5-star reviews are fake. They also operate as flightclicks.co.uk. They will request that you pay into a bank account to balance the cost of the ticket. You will not be refunded. Run, run, run. The website needs to be brought down!!!

Offer huge discount, take £100 deposit (not full payment)then when you come to pay in full the flight you need isn't available at the agreed price,in my case 100's more.Asked for a refund and was offered a voucher on future flights.Thought I was eventually going to get a refund but its £10( £90 for ticket cancellation which were never issued) When I said I could get the same flight they offered me as an alternative a lot cheaper on experian I was told don't trust them! Seems these people need to get a real job instead of scamming people
I gave the review one star as minus 5 wasn't an option

Sarah provided top-notch service when I purchased my ticket. Quick, efficient, and very helpful! Would definitely use again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
