I liked that there was no fees to top…
I liked that there was no fees to top up. The app gave me an immediate up to date balance. It did take a day between me internet transferring my money, for it to show up in my account.

This service is very good
This service is very good. It's easy to order online and the gentleman who mans the counter in Hamilton is pleasant and efficient. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it's inconvenient to have to go to Hamilton from Cambridge to collect the funds. Other districts have a collection service using Paper Plus stores but not Cambridge. With the cost of petrol now and parking hassles I dislike having to go to Hamilton but it's still a benefit having Travelex reasonably close by and I will continue to use the service.

Our local office is really easy to find for a start. I actually went my bank first and they recommended I visit Travelex for the service I needed. When I arrived, the customer service attendant was friendly and super helpful. He helped me exchange my dollars in the currency I needed and did it with step by step narration. He then asked some really helpful questions that determined I needed a travel card. He helped me again, step by step, to set this up which took no time at all. He was clear, patient and really helpful. I walked in a little frazzled as I had left the exchange and sorting my finances to the very last minute but walked away feeling relieved everything was sorted for me after one visit to Travelex. I would highly recommend them for currency exchange, top of the line customer service and support. Thank you!

Communication and service at booth was first class. I just can't understand the slow turnaround for a common currency like euro.

It's easy
It's easy, I just wish you could see the reference number under transactions and they would show there as pending while money waits to be received. Aslo if you make a payment on a Friday it takes longer than 2 days.

Would like option to choose denominations but did get ok amounts when it arrived - will need to get some change as early as possible on our trip

I had fantastic service from Vikram, the manager at Sylvia Park, Auckland. My currency was delivered on time but when I got caught up and missed my pickup time, Vikram called to let me know the currency was there.
He helped me sort out some issues with denominations and generally couldn't have been more helpful.
I will continue to use his services for my future travel/currency needs.
