Would give a zero if we could
Would give a zero if we could. Literally 0 point in having travel insurance because when issues occur, they do EVERYTHING not to cover.
Our flights were cancelled as we were leaving for the airport on a red eye. Travel insurance asked reason for cancellation, which was no available crew, and they said that's not covered. Why does it matter why it's cancelled, it's cancelled and it's not our fault. Absolutely appalling.
Do not use this company.

I used iSelect to find a competitive priced travel insurance rhat met my unique set of needs.

REASONABLY PRICED
The travel insurance policy included everything we need for our week long domestic holiday in Australia, at a reasonable price. My query regarding rental vehicle excess was answered promptly and clearly. Hope we do not need to make a claim, but so far the process has proved to be very good.

I found Travel Protect insurance website process quite easy to use, great value for money, they gave me alot of information regarding coverage options.
The unlimited medical and hospital coverage, 24/7 Assistance.
The application process was easy and the price was very affordable.
In the end this company ticked all the boxes for our holiday.
