I was fitted & served by Ben C at Trekitt by appointment. I bought Meindl Peru walking boots. A bit Like Ski boots , you fancy the flash looking ones but they dont fit ... Trekkit talk sense from knowledge. My boots make me feel as if I could walk for days & days. Mega comfortable for hiking around the Mortimer Forest on & off steep trails of all terrains ... Well done Trekkit, first class 👍

I have ordered several items from Trekkit over the past year. Delivery has been prompt, and when I have returned unwanted items the refund process has been swift. Yes, you have to pay for the return postage but I'm ok with that because their items are reasonably priced, and only returned due to not fitting me as hoped - which is hardly their fault.

Thank you Trekkit for a fantastic service. Item ordered over New Year holidays and despite Covid delays etc the item arrived within 2 days.

Got two pairs of AKU boots from these guys and although they aren't exactly the cheapest I recommend them and Trekkit all the way, its worth paying the extra just to know you get what you ordered, and quickly.

Ordered a Kanken rucksack for a really good price. Delivered within a couple of days, well packaged and a very happy all round with the service. I'd be happy to order from again.

I ordered a down jacket (Rab Valiance) but foolishly guessed my size, I was wrong. Anyway, delivery was swift from Trekkit using Royal Mail signed for service. The returns process was painless and my money was back in my account in under 24 hours of Trekkit receiving the jacket. That’s pretty fast!
Will definitely use them again now that I have bothered to measure myself.

Awful customer service experience.

I've been a customer of Trekkit for a few years now, buying many products, but recently received an email saying I had 1 week to spend my accrued loyalty points, or that I would lose them. I checked the website and didn't see anything that I wanted to purchase, unfortunately. As a loyal customer I emailed customer service to see if there was a way around losing my points and was told - no.

I have no problem with the rewards points expiring, I should have read through the Ts&Cs more carefully, but to only have one week to spend them is really poor imo. Then for the customer service team to stone wall a loyal customer over a fairly piddling amount is really poor.

They've lost a customer.

Highly recommend. Really super service shopping online. Good range, good prices and promotions, and loyalty account is a nice touch. Had to sort a couple of size swaps and team were brilliantly helpful on the phone and sorted me out when it showed stock was low.

Bought a ME light line jacket, competitive price, excellent Youtube video’s on item paid extra £5 for next day delivery, arrived on time no messing, item packaged well and fits perfect. Will consider using again if they have the item I’m interested in.

I've only ever purchased online through Trekkit and I've been extremely satisfied each time I've placed orders. Very quick reliable delivery - very helpful staff on the phone. Certainly my go-to place to buy Arc'teryx. Their Loyalty scheme very rewarding.

The only minor issue is the lack of free returns. I knew this before purchasing an item in two sizes to confirm the best fit and I was still happy to pay for postage to send the item back. Money refunded extremely quickly and still deserves a 5 star review

I ordered an item paying with paypal. There was a glitch and payment was taken without the order being completed. On phoning Trekkit the issue was immediately resolved and I was given a £10 gift coupon.
Excellent service.

Took my £ 140 order after I called them to check stock beforehand - they confirmed they had the stock and had put it aside for me, so ordered online. They confirmed receipt of my order whilst I was on the phone to them. 1 week later - no arrival of order after I paid for next day delivery. Emailed them to ask where my order was - no reply. Called company - was put on hold repeatedly. Requested I speak to a manger who then argued with me saying they had called and left messages and emailed me to advise me that actually they didn't have the stock after all. No calls or emails received. Patronising and awful attitude. Claim to have won awards for customer service. Jokers. Plenty other companies out there with far superior service.

This company is great. The prices are very competitive, the delivery is fast and trackable, and the videos provided on the site are insightful.

I was recently in the market for new winter jackets. We attended at several high street stores for 3 particular jackets. We found such a massive difference in price for the same product we decided to carry out an online search. I am so glad we did. We stumbled across this gem of a site. We purchased the jackets and saved quite a few pounds. The site itself was user friendly and easy to navigate. The purchase and delivery were seamless. I will definitely use again

Bought several outdoor items as a Christmas present for my partner and his upcoming Husky Trek. Arrived in plenty of time, good quality, and he’s already been trying them out in the cold weather.

I have bought a few things from Trekkit in the past and have had great experience with them.

On one occasion, the Arab top I got my partner had a small mark on it. I phoned up to mention this and was offered an exchange or part refund.

Very quick delivery times, good communication and friendly customer service along with competitive prices.

If Trekkit were slightly pricier than other companies, I’d even still consider using them. They also do free returns which is a big plus now :)
