I ordered a Rab jacket that I paid 30 pounds less than on the company's site. Great price, fast delivery and great communication. I would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered an Osprey Farpoint 40 because it was about £20 cheaper than Amazon. The order was despatched the same day with Royal Mail tracking. It was delivered this morning (48 hours after order) very well packed and as described. I'm very pleased with the service and I would certainly use Trekkit again.

Really pleased with Trekkit. I ordered a backpack, it arrived quickly but the frame was damaged - it was perhaps a little under packaged but the damage may not have occurred in transport.
Trekkit were great in sorting out the return through DPD, reserving a replacement and getting the new backpack sent out quickly. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and responsive to my concerns.
I'll definitely be using them again.

Ordered a Rab microlight jacket. More then happy with the product and the packaging but the price was the real reason I bought it from trekkit. Dispatched next day but received it 3 weeks later due to being sent to BFPO. Would definitely recommend anf use this company again!

Ordered a Poco Ag Premium child carrier, easy web ordering, very fast delivery, Very happy customer! (oh and my son loves it too!).
You even get a proper receipt, most websites forget to bother these days.)

I am always nervous when using a new online shop but had no need to be with this firm. Order placed Tuesday evening, delivered 10am Thursday morning. Item as ordered, well packaged and emails kept me well-informed along the way. Would certainly make this firm one of first ports of call in the future.

Excellent customer service. Gave them a call when the jacket didn't fit, the woman picked up the phone straight away and was so helpful in arranging an exchange. Excellent prices as well. Would definitely use the company again!

Excellent customer service, responsive and friendly! Upon receipt of the email invoice, I noticed that the product had been shipped in an incorrect colour. I informed Trekkit's customer service and they immediately shipped the correct product which I received the following day. I definitely recommend Trekkit. Great website, excellent selection of products and useful newsletter.

I have bought from Trekkit and would do again. Very simple returns process. I bought an MSR tent and it failed on me very quickly. Emailed them, returned it for free and was sent a replacement after they phoned me to check some details. I don't think you can expect more from a company than that, so they will certainly get my business again. 5 stars for sure.

I bought a Rab sleeping bag from them with one of their 'star buy' offers (a Rab silk liner for only £1.80). Then customer service emailed me stating they were unable to accommodate the deal which was what really drew me in to buy off them (as well as their competitive price and local connections being only a few miles away). I obviously felt a bit duped but then managed to ring round until head of e-commerce spoke and she offered a different liner for free and sent it as next day delivery. Overall a shame about the poor experience but they were happy to co-operate and it worked out fine in the end with a good product and swift delivery.

I ordered a wheeled backpack and it was delivered promptly and they kept me informed throughout the whole process (with delivery dates and times). The price was great and I would definitely use this company again.

I recently purchased the poco ag premium and carry bag from Trekkit and I must say I am so happy with the product and the service the Trekkit provided. Delivery was very fast. We ordered on Friday evening and received the products on Tuesday lunch time. I'm sure everyone would agree that's really good. I will definitely be using Trekkit again very soon as I need a new pair of trekking boots and I have a rewards account with them now so I'm saving as I spend. Highly recommended! *****+

I just love Trekkit.
The staff are always cheerful and helpful. They are more than happy to let me try on different products and offer advice when they can.
They'll tell you which pieces are their favourite kit and more importantly why.
They are all knowledgeable and they all love the great outdoors.
I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

Contrary to the last review I had no problems.
I found Trekkit through a Google search,the goods I wanted were at an excellent price and were delivered quickly-I can only tell how it was for me.

In short, Trekkit is the best online shop I have used in a long time and I will certainly be using Trekkit for future 'outdoor' type purchases.

Background: I've got a bit lazy and use amazon for 95% of the things I buy online, only ever do a google shopping search for single large purchases (and even if Amazon is a similar slightly higher price I normally just go with them). My recent experiences of really slow saver delivery and damaged items prompted me to check out the competition!

I recently visited the shop in Hereford,what fantastic service. I was after a pair of walking boots and I was offered at least 5 different pairs to try on with no pressure to purchase a particular brand but just given terrific advice. I eventually purchased some AKU Pilgrim boots and couldn't be happier even though to look at they may not have been my first choice they are fabulous. If you want impartial no pressure advice on walking/ hiking/climbing equipment I would be amazed if it gets better than this.

Having finally got round to ordering 5L of Nikwax Tech Wash I discovered that Trekkit were the cheapest online vendor, cheaper even than Ebay. Their price even included free delivery, which for a 5kg+ item was impressive.

I then received a 'phone call a couple of hours later from a staff member asking if it was OK to change delivery method to next day courier at no extra cost? Needless to say I agreed and the goods have just arrived, in perfect condition and less than 24 hours after I ordered them.

I would certainly recommend Trekkit to my friends and family and look forward to using them again.
